I was busy reading some reports, but I couldn't deny I felt worried; I was watching the clock on the wall now and then, and the anticipation was killing me. And I texted Joshua to tell Emily I would be having lunch with her since I didn't want my staff to see her in my office, and I didn't want any of them to report anything, and I felt worried the news would reach Arabella before I could tell her the truth.

Ara has friends in the company even if she worked in my office for a while, and I couldn't tell my staff not to tell Ara about Emily. I was startled when I heard a loud pounding on my office door, and before I could respond, I was shocked to find Emily getting inside my office wearing a beautiful maxi dress. She still looked the same, and I was too surprised to utter a single word as I looked at her walking gracefully towards my table.
