Amani saw his face had gone back to being icy. There was no trace of amusement left on his face. Even the mocking expression had suddenly disappeared to be replaced by the coldness she saw when she entered the office.

'Strip here in private or lose her job!?' She considered her options to herself. Choosing one out of the two options wasn't really a tough decision for Amani to make since she didn't want to lose her job and see Percy gloat in victory. She also would never consider moving back to Cape May. There are some people there that would be happy to see her return home a failure. People like her stepmother and her daughter.

Wordlessly, she started undoing the tiny buttons on her shirt. When she was done with the buttons, she removed the shirt and dropped it on the floor then she slid her skirt down her legs and stepped over it.
