Harley was giving me a look I wasn't sure I liked. Worried about what?

"Harley?" My hand went to her face, index finger tucking her hair behind her ear. "Are you worried about something?" 

She stared at me and slowly nodded her head. "I am not just worried, but I am also scared…" 

"What is it?" I asked. "Common, tell me, baby." 

She exhaled. "What if I'm not a good mother?" 

"Harley—" 

"I mean, look at me, Sylus." She moved out of my hold, pointing at herself with self loathing beaming in her eyes. "I don't know what a parent's love is, I have never had a taste of it. My father loved my twin brother, but not me. Our mother, she abandoned us. So…how can someone like me be a good mother? What if i can't give love because I really never had a taste of it, or maybe I don't have one to give?"
