Rowland watched as Della closed his eyes. The treatment had been successful. He breath a sigh of relief at the color coming back to Della's cheek. The healer walked up to him, with a faint smile.

Rowland was embarrassed that he doubted her at first." I am sorry for doubting you."

"It's okay. I am used to it already," she answered, nonchalantly. 

"How is my friend?" Rowland asked, looking a little tired.

"He will be fine in the next three days. Due to the delay in extracting the poison, it had spread into his system. It will take more time to remove it all. Hence the three days he will take to recover," the healer said.

" Thank you. I will stay till he is healed," Rowland said, touching Della's head. It wasn't hot like before. He was truly grateful that Della wasn't killed by the Dagger or else he won't have been able to forgive himself.
