"Come one! Do ten more! It's just ten more!" A middle-aged man with a tuxedo screamed at a green haired boy, who was currently wheezing and panting and sweating as he laid on the floor.
Izuku got up wobbly and got into a push-up position. With an average of one push up every fifteen seconds, he completed the last ten push ups within three minutes. After he completed it, he immediately collapsed on the floor as he panted even harder. All his muscles were so sore he could hardly move. His vision was clouded, his chest heavy, his mind blanked.
Another session of hard work was terminated.
"It should be enough for today Midoriya-dono." The butler-like Sebastian spoke as he looked at the young boy. Despite his cool exterior, praise could be seen in his eyes. It has been eight months now since the start of training. The initial deadline for the end of Phase 1 of the training plan.
To be honest, when he first saw Midoriya Izuku, he wasn't particularly thrilled at the thought of training this shy and unconfident boy. He had already trained Togata Mirio in the past, and was more interested in teaching the boy known as Shido. But when he realised that he was already a pro hero and did not need other training, he gave up on the thought. Eri was also a good seedling. She absorbed everything like a sponge, and managed to almost beat him if not for his quirk.
The true worth of a teacher could only be seen by his students. Even now, of all the ones he trained, the student who made him the proudest was undoubtedly Togata Mirio. But Izuku wasn't far behind.
He had sparred with Shido once, with Shido only using pure martial arts and raw strength, and he was very frustrated. At first, he seemed like he was going to be beaten very easily, but by luck or skills, he managed to dodge them all. But it was not only that. If it was only that, although rare, he could still see it in many people. The longer the fight went, the stronger he became. He was literally evolving as he was sparring, and from a beginner in martial arts, he became a master just from a just single 30 minute sparring session. This incident made Sebastian contemplate and wonder about the fairness of the world.
Izuku was, of course, nearby when the spar happened, and it only motivated him to do even better.
Sebastian didn't like to act arrogantly, but people of his status wouldn't just train anyone for no reason. If it weren't a request from Nighteye, who he personally owed a favour to, and All Might, the symbol of peace, he would have refused to train him.
The three of them were ex-pro heroes from Italy all in the top 10. There, Milienia stayed as the number 3 hero for more than ten years. He also stayed as rank 5 while Melissa was ranked 9.
But, Milienia decided to stop being a hero and became a trainer. Since neither he nor Melissa cared much about being a hero in the first place, they simply decided to follow her. After all, it wasn't like it was the first time they did something like this.
He still remembered what happened twenty years ago when they fled from the Immortal queen throughout half of England. At that time Melissa was still a child. 'Ah...those were good times indeed...' Sebastian thought to himself as he reminisced.
Anyways, while he was skeptical at first, reality proved to him that sometimes a diamond could be covered by so much dust and grime that it would never shine without being polished.
Midoriya Izuku was a very interesting boy. Looking at him was like looking at two different people at the same time, even Shido admitted it himself.
All three trainers, Shido, Eri, All Might, Nighteye and his sidekicks all watched over him once in a while, and they couldn't understand how someone so weak mentally could support and go though so much torture without giving up.
The level of training they concocted for him was basic but harsh at the same time. Other students would have had years of training and casual use of their quirks. How could it be easy to reach their level without an absurd training full of pain?
The level of pain Izuku had to bear was inhumane, but the results were obvious. From a short and shy boy, he had grown into a tall and...shy boy.
They really couldn't understand. What exactly was his problem? When training or fighting, the boy acted with a calm and serious praiseworthy personality. But once outside, he became a wreck.
Still, this didn't diminish his results. In eight months, thanks to the correct distribution of nutrients as well as the conditioning training he received, he went from a short 166 cm to a more correct height for his age, at 175 cm.
What's more, he wasn't some beansprout. His body wasn't particularly muscular, but lean and more suited for speed. This was Miliena's plan. When he asked why not make him bulkier since he would become All Might's successor, she simply replied that Midoriya should find his own style. If, in the end, he wished to follow All Might's steps, it wouldn't be too late then.
"Sensei, will I meet All Might tomorrow?"
Sebastian looked at the boy who could attack him using a broken arm without hesitation but still blushed and acted like a shy maiden when asking a simple question. Once again, it was really baffling.
"Yes, today marks the end of your foundational training. Tomorrow, once you clean the last beat of trash from the beach, you'll really become All Might's successor.
Izuku, who was now reasted, got up before bowing towards Sebastian. "Thanks for everything Sensei."
Sebastian looked at the boy with gratification. He let out a smile before saying,"I'm sure you'll become a fine hero. Show Nighteye that you'll make All Might's legacy proud."
Tears gathered in Izuku's eyes before he bowed even more deeply.
"Thank you!!"

Izuku looked at the now cleaned beach with emotions. He couldn't help but let out a scream. All this pain, all this suffering, all those tears. Now, everything would be rewarded, now he could be proud and say that he was worthy of obtaining this power. No one could say that he was a lucky kid who obtained great power.
He worked for it, sweated for it and bled for it.
"Young Midoriya! You did it!"
Izuku smiled before walking towards All Might with a spring in his step. Once he was close enough, All Might ruffled his hair before saying,"I'm very proud of you. And it's not only me, even Nighteye changed his opinion of you, even if it's just a bit. And Shido, well, he said he was wrong as well, causing Eri to tease him all night."
Izuku smiled at his compliments. He realised that it was the hardest to get compliments from Shido. But when he finally got it, it truly meant he had done something great and worthy.
"Now...eat!"
"Huh?"
Izuku looked at the stand of hair in All Might's hand and began to wonder if all those months of hellish tor-ahem, training was really worth it.

"My darling, do you really need to train this hard?" A black haired, well-endowed woman asked as she looked with concern at her daughter.
"Of course mum! My saviour works there at UA, and to thank him properly this time, I need make sure that I enter UA as well." Her daughter replied. Despite being parent and child, their looks were almost similar, both are well-endowed, tall, and had an hour-glass figure. This was also true for the daughter, despite being only 14 years old. Although not on par with her mother, she was undoubtedly a great beauty.
"Sigh, you don't need to do this, you know? We could just invite him over for dinner and you can thank him then. Being a hero is such a...risky job." The mother placed her hand on her cheek as she observed her daughter training hard. Ever since the announcement that Phantom was working in UA as an assistant teacher almost three years ago, she had been training hard and aiming to enter UA.
"No. I must do this, this is the only way I can repay him, and society in general."
Hearing her reasons, although she knew that her daughter had lied, she didn't point it out. She knew that her daughter liked Phantom, not in a fan-like way, but the way a girl likes a boy. Sigh, she knew that it would never work out, after all, he was only 12. He was way too young for her, and who knows, he might even have a crush already.
"You do know that he's 12 right?" Being a rich family, they had several connections that others don't. And using that connection, they managed to find information about the mysterious Phantom.
"Yes, I know." She didn't stop training even while conversing with her mother.
"Then you should know that there isn't much hope for you." The mother calmly spoke.
"Sigh Yes I know. That's why I gave up and focused on just thanking him." She finally paused her training and looked at her mother in the eye for a moment before returning back to training.
"Sigh, Momo dear, why do you fall in love with people you cannot hope to get?" The mother muttered under her breath as she worried about her daughter.
[A/N: Momo is just a side character. She is not going to be paired with mc. Only Eri! I'm just writing all this so I have more content :D]

In a training room, a boy was panting hard on the ground.
"Get up Shoto! I did not train you to be this weak!" A tall man with flames surrounding him crossed his arms and spoke in a loud voice.
"Tsk! Now not even All Might, you yourself can't surpass All Might and Phantom, and you want me to do it for you?" Shoto complained as his half red and half white hair stuck to his face due to sweat.
"That fucking Phantom, coming out of nowhere and suddenly occupying the top place. I'm training you not only for you to take the top spot, but also get stronger and destroy everyone who stands in your way!" The flaming man was very angry. He used to be second place, and with the sudden arrival of Phantom, his ranking dropped to the third if one counted rank 0 as the first place, rank 1 as the second place and so on.
He had tried his best for almost a decade and failed to overtake All Might, and Phantom just came in for a year before overtaking All Might? Unforgivable! How could anyone use a year of effort, no, he was pretty sure that Phantom didn't even try before overtaking his decade of hard work?
Was talent that necessary?
Does hard work not beat talent?
That's why he groomed his perfect successor, a perfect specimen to overcome the two at the top. A perfect specimen without his or his mother's weakness. A perfect balance between hot and cold.
"Tsk..." Shoto muttered under his breath. He knew what his father, no, his captive was thinking. How could he not? He spent a few years together with him as he tortured him with the harshest training. A pathetic man is what Shoto would describe him. A pathetic man that couldn't achieve his dream and pushing it on to his children.
He doesn't even see his children as people, he saw them as tools. Tools to overcome and cut the way to the top.

In the middle of the Pacific Ocean, a helicopter could be seen flying over the sea. The scene of the ocean should be the same no matter where one goes when flying across the Pacific Ocean, but it was not.
In the middle of the Pacific Ocean, there was a huge and enormous crater. It was a few kilometres wide in diameter, and a few kilometres deep. Sea water could be seen rushing straight into the hole like a broken dam, but even after five whole years of filling the crater, it still wasn't filled up, proving the huge capacity of the crater. Yet, no one noticed where all the water went. The deepest point was too deep for anyone to explore, and no one had the capability to do so, not even All Might. He couldn't resist the pressure of a million tons of water gushing straight into the crater.
However, no one knew where all the water went. Despite the years of constant filling up, the sea water never dropped at all, making everyone who knew about this incident curious. Where did all the water go? And how does it recycle back into the sea?
During the five years, many boats and ships had accidentally floated inside the crater, but the rate of survivors was 0%. Thus, the world government closed off all entry points near the crater, thus stopping more incidents from happening again.
Some claimed that a country has secretly tested out a new type of atomic bomb, while others say it's a work of a quirk that ran out of control. But even after years of debate, till this day, no one knows the true cause for the crater to appear. Of course, apart from some...
