"What did you guys do?" Lux questioned when Ciaran sat on his horse.
" We just went and performed a show for everyone." Ciaran lied.
"Oh, then maybe next time I can watch the show with the crowd," Lux replied.
"Nah, it's alright. You don't need to watch it." Ciaran spoke.
"Go! " Ciaran and Delia shouted, making their horses go faster.
Lux almost fell from the sudden speed. "Hey! Warn me beforehand!"
"Sorry, hehe" Ciaran joked.
—--------back at the castle—---------------
"Mateo, you're young and I'm getting old. You're going to rule the kingdom soon. And I want you to find a wife to marry. So I'm Holding in a week." The king said.
Mateo looked at the King and said
" But father, I don't wanna get married. And don't you think just dancing with a woman can make me fall in love?"
"Well, it worked for me to find your mother-"
"Then why did you marry two women?" Mateo questioned.
" THAT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS YOUNG MAN! NOW YOU WILL FIND A BRIDE OR I WILL FOR YOU!" The king shouted before furiously walking away.
" What's a bride?"
Mateo turned around to see Martha hiding behind the door to the castle hallway.
"Well, you know mama. She is a bride to papa." Mateo carried Martha.
"So I'm gonna get a big sister?" Martha askes
"Something like that I guess" Mateo frowned.
"You don't want a bride?" Martha grabs Mateo's face.
"Yea, mostly when it's a person I don't know" -Mateo
"Then no sister! Brother no like then I no like" Martha gave an angry face.
"Don't worry, I will find one I like then you will have a big sister!" Mateo smiled brightly.
But Martha is still a bit worried about this bride thing. Will Mateo find love or get a forced marriage?
—--------back to the three—---------------
"Where are we going, to be honest?" -Lux
"Where I and my sister always go." -Ciaran
"And that is?" -Lux
"The flower garden!" Delia shouted to Lux.
"Alright, we're here!" Ciaran said as the horse stops.
"But there is only water here…" -Lux
They get down, and Delia brings Lux to the water. While Ciaran ties the horses to a big rock.
"See carefully into the water." -Delia
Lux bends down to see into the water. And he sees…
"Stones?" Lux said.
"Yeah. We just hop on them one by one, for a few minutes to a waterfall!" Delia excitedly said.
"Waterfall? But didn't you say a flower garden?" Said Lux
"You will see when you get there. You can swim if want to, in that injury I think it's a no." Ciaran hops on the stones.
Lux hops onto a stone and hopes onto another.
"This is fun!" Lux shouted. "But is there anything in the water? Like fishes, turtles-"
"Mermaids" Ciaran looked back.
Lux was about to hop on another stone but he slipped, Ciaran tried to grab him but fell into the water too.
'Lucky! You guys get to see the mermaids!' Delia thought as she take the situation too seriously.
Lux was in the water, he couldn't breathe. But Ciaran kept swimming around to find Lux.
Ciaran saw a mermaid and swim to her.
"Bulb bulb bulb bulb bulb bulb!" -Ciaran said.
He was underwater but couldn't speak.
"I'm sorry I can't understand you. Go up to the surface!" the mermaid said.
The mermaid and Ciaran swam up to the surface. Ciaran took a deep breath.
"Ok, speak." the mermaid said.
"My friend, he is injured! And he couldn't breathe, he is now in the deep water, can you help? Please!" Ciaran shouted.
"Ok! Don't panic, I will find him."-said the mermaids.
The mermaid swan down to the deep and quickly spread the news. The mermaids and mermen all quickly started searching.
"THERE!" someone shouted.
They all turned their heads to see a boy slowly falling to the ground.
The mermaid quickly started swimming toward the boy and carry him up to the surface.
"Here! He's not breathing, I don't know how to help you humans!" the mermaid said worriedly.
Ciaran started CPR on Lux, he start pushing his hands up and down on Lux's chest.
"His heart… It stopped…" Ciaran mumbled.
The mermaids were near the surface and quickly swam up to see the boy.
"We are sorry… we are sorry we couldn't help your friend," a merman said in the back.

As Lux's consciousness faded, he found himself standing in a realm of darkness. Before him stood the demonic figure that had once possessed him.
"You..." Lux whispered, the realization dawning on him.
The Blade, as it called itself, nodded. "Yes, it is I."
Lux's heart raced as fear gripped him. "What do you want from me?"
The Blade's voice echoed in the darkness. "I need a new vessel. And you, Lux, have the potential to become that vessel."
"No!" Lux exclaimed, defiance rising within him. "I won't let you use me again!"
The Blade chuckled darkly. "You have no choice in the matter. But perhaps we can make a deal."
Lux hesitated, unsure of what the demon could offer. "What kind of deal?"
The Blade's eyes glinted with malevolence. "If you wish to escape this realm, you must first prove yourself worthy. You must undergo trials, tests of strength and will. If you succeed, I will grant you your freedom."
Lux weighed his options. The thought of facing trials under the influence of the demon filled him with dread, but he knew he had no other choice.
"Fine," Lux said, steeling himself for what lay ahead. "I accept your challenge."
With a sinister grin, The Blade gestured towards a portal that appeared before them. "Then let the trials begin."
As Lux stepped through the portal, he braced himself for the challenges that awaited him. Little did he know, the path to freedom would be fraught with danger and darkness unlike anything he had ever faced before.
