Prologue
I am Mark and my story began a few years back.
I was one of the youngest people in space.
After I studied IT at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, I acquired a job under NASA and was involved with a spacecapsule for astronauts that could help to repair the station and be used on spacewalks.
I was the physical fittest person and was choosen to train enough to visit space and test it out as the astronauts were not working with programming of our work.
After a year of preparation and planning, I was flown to the ISS together with two astronauts and I was the first to test out the equipment. There was a slight issue at that time. A minor spaceturbulence caught me and the capsule and I wouldn't be seen again. At least here.
I felt as if through swimming through a tunnel of water but had the feeling as if my body got smaller. After 12 hours I exited the stream and saw something that shocked me hard.
A planet.
But it wasn't blue like earth from space but metallic silver.
But the side away from the sun was a sea of little lights as if no ocean existed here. The view felt slightly familiar. As if I've seen it somewhere, but I couldn't remember where.
And then I saw something that filled in the clue. Around me in space were spaceships. Not satellites but real spaceships. I first thought I dream, because I could remember some of them were from my favourite movies. The ones that I watched, fall in love with and are the reason I wanted to visit space: Star Wars.
The saga of Jedi, spaceships, Siths and droids. It had war, romance and all inbetween. I found them a piece of art and was a active fan that had countless discussions on how the engines could work or how to programm a droid. Maybe it influenced my job a bit, but now I could see the center of this universe right before my eyes.
The jewel of the core worlds, Coruscant.
I am transmigrated to the world of Star Wars.
And as I pressed my hands against the glass infront, I felt my hands aren't as big in the spacesuit. My whole body seems smaller, as my toes couldn't reach the bottom anymore.
Did the spacestream not only transport me, but also made me younger?
But I but that problem aside as I remember a bigger problem.
If I remember correctly, you need to communicate with the planet to get permission to land and I can't communicate with them. The bigger issue is that this capsule is made for a visit to space. Not to land on a planet.
What the hell should I do?
