Still inside the dungeon, Cyrus and Jack, accompanied by the instant soldiers behind them, walked toward the open gate of the dungeon.

Jack had not fully recovered from the fright of seeing the instant death king, but at least he was self-assured that Cyrus wouldn't let that thing hurt him.

"Told ya, the dungeon was open when I arrived," Jack exclaimed.

Cyrus gave a long stare at the open dungeon, staring into the abyss and the abyss staring back at him double.

Cy was a bit taken aback. He slightly bent his neck, looking at King, the spider-ant demon staring back at him, loyalty etched on his six eyes.

With the permission granted, King took a step that caused Jack to shiver the moment he walked past him.

"This thing still freaks me out," Jack muttered.
