I was packing up my bag as the last bell rang, and everyone was leaving the class. My eyes were staring towards the whiteboard as I was trying to comprehend what happened to me in the past one hour.

After acting like that a few days ago, Shiraishi suddenly showed up with a huge smile on her face and acted as if everything was fine. Then she made me skip my physics class only to kiss me and apologise for the way she acted.

I was so confused that I couldn't distinguish whether or not my plan failed.

Even though I wasn't paying attention to her apology since someone ended up observing the entire scenario of Shiraishi kissing me on the goddamn staircase.

And the fact that I had no idea who that person was and why he smiled like that was making me more curious and agitated about this whole ordeal.

He smiled as if he was looking down on someone inferior and it was pissing me off.
