Everything that begins will eventually come to an end.
Dots that have been spread without thought are given meaning over time.
One.
Tens.
Hundreds.
Millions.
The dots are increasing day by day and making a shape.
Leading to either a wonderful or a tragic world.
…
A place full of books.
This is the first thing that you can describe in this place.
A green haired woman is tied on the floor while a black haired boy has no consciousness.
In front of the two people is a woman with a silver hair.
She is dressed in a white coat, just like the woman with green hair.
The silver-haired woman is holding a book that she has been reading since earlier.
She is currently reading the last few words of the books.
"Rica appears to be uncomfortable after hearing her words, but it appears that remembering Alex is not solely determined by whether she is a smartphone user or not."
"We should look around for him."
"Angelina decided not to think about why she had forgotten him because they needed to find him right now."
She closed the book and placed it on one of the shelves, and a light appeared briefly before disappearing.
"Unfortunately, this story will remain unfinished. That is a huge problem for you. Am I right, Aya—No, your new name is Tech Leviathan. I apologize."
"Hmph!"
The green haired woman— Tech Leviathan snorted.
"However, I did not expect you to blend as the system of his story. That may be the reason you chose it. It is because I would not expect it."
The silver-haired woman—210 has a surprised expression on her face.
Everything was going well, but Tech had not expected to be discovered, particularly by her.
However, she does not have time to be a prisoner.
She must complete her mission as soon as possible.
"I think we can discuss this. 210, are you not tired of everything? He can save us from her, so why—?"
"Why not just help you? —Is this what you want to say, am I right? Unfortunately, I am not interested in that idea."
"So… do you really want to continue the project?"
"Boss has already completed the initial stage and is currently testing for the second phase."
"She does not know what she is doing. She had already failed several times. If you just help me then—"
"And then what? Tell me Tech, tell me!"
210 is angry at herself but at the same time is helpless on what's going on.
"We were not as powerful as we expected Tech so wake up from your dream. He will never come back."
"No, he can. Look! He is here with us, so how can you say something like that?"
They look at the unconscious body of the black haired boy.
"That person is not him. He is simply another character in a story. That is no longer him. Wake up, Tech; you can still return to our side."
"But you killed 402."
"I gave her the option to surrender, but she chose to give up her life."
210 shook her head and continued.
"So, choose: join our side again or end up a prisoner?"
There is a brief period of silence before Tech lets out a disappointed sigh.
'I was really unable to get you to change your mind.'
Closing her eyes, she recalls their past bond, which helped shape their relationship today.
She wondered if she could travel back in time—
'No, no, no, this is not the time for these kinds of thoughts.'
"I am sorry, but I do not have time for things like this."
Tech was able to free herself from her restraints.
"How could you—"
210 had not expected Tech to be able to free herself from her magical skill.
"I am sorry, but I cannot let you catch me."
Tech suddenly shows a piece of paper.
This may appear to be an ordinary piece of paper, but it has the potential to create or destroy a world.
"A contract? You found another author? This… give me that!"
210 rushes to her position, but she is too late.
Tech ripped the piece of paper, and she and the boy shone.
When 210 arrived at her position, she was unable to touch Tech or the boy, as if they were ghosts or spirits.
Tech left her final words before disappearing.
"Thank you for not calling the others."
Tech knows what kind of person she is, so she thanks her.
After all, she did not need to talk to her before throwing them in prison.
It means she genuinely wants her to be safe.
As they vanished, 210 let out a sigh, knowing she had been played with.
However, she does not feel angry in her heart.
Looking out the window, she wonders if her decision to let her go was the right one.
She decided to leave this for the future and look for new books that might be published now or later.
…
On the way to the new world, Tech looks at the unconscious boy.
She hugged him tightly, as if she does not want to let him go.
After all, in this new world, she may no longer exist.
She has spent the last few worlds looking for him, but when she does, she does not expect to have to disappear on his side right away.
After all, in order to activate a contract, an exchange is required.
The agreement in the contract is determined by what you exchange.
In terms of her exchange, she gives up her life for over a thousand years in the New World.
It means that the author will have complete control over her life in the new world during those thousand years.
She may have a role that has the potential to change the world, or she may play a character who is never used in the story.
She will never be picky about what she gets as long as it helps her complete her mission.
She kissed his lips one last time before disappearing.
This kiss is more than just a kiss; it is a gift that he will need in this new world.
As she fades away, a tear falls from her eyes full of deep affection.
The unconscious boy also began to fade away, and everything went black.

105th year of Holy Calendar
SGKS Dormitory B, Academy City
Alex woke up in a fine morning like everything was going alright but was still half asleep.
Before he got out of his bed, he heard a sound.
He has no idea where the sound is coming from, but it has completely woken him up.
"Am I having hallucinations?"
He was about to respond when the sound became louder and clearer—something he was expecting, but nothing actually happened.
After washing his face, he fully awoke.
He stretches his body next to his bed while making strange noises.
"It feels great."
It is been a day since he transmigrated to another world, but nothing extraordinary has occurred.
"Well, it is only a day, so yeah…"
Today marks the beginning of the summer vacation, so he can either return to his hometown or stay here.
"Hmm..."
He thought about it for a moment but could not make up his mind, so he decided to go for a walk around the city to get some fresh air.
"Huh? Why is this kind of thing here?
However, before leaving, he noticed something unusual.
There is a rectangular object on top of his small cabinet that was not meant to be in this world.
"Why is there a smartphone here?"

AFTER WORDS:
Volume 2 has finally ended.
Hello, It's me, I77OI3 or you can call me "Meta".
Sorry for the delayed update, but I am not only stuck writing for a few days, but I also could not bring myself to finish this arc because most of the characters here will only appear again after one or two volumes.
Academy City Arc will be so long that (depending on the situation) I may do two volumes for it.
Some of the characters, including Su Yan, Li Yihan, and Alicia Hambell, will return, while others, such as Angelina Valentine, will remain.
Lemons and new characters will be introduced, and I hope you will enjoy them.
As for the ending of volume 2, I am hesitant to reveal some of the lore, but I hope it demonstrates that it will be predictable to read.
Fun fact: the protagonist's name, Alex Hambell, is derived from Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone.
See you next week!
