I want to brag on our dear author!! Great story, great story line, great world view!!! This is a slow burn, but you wIll get so involved in each character that you’ll want more everyday🥰🥰🥰🥰 And just took how great this story rates! Grest job 💙💙💙🥰🥰💙💙
the story has potential but the story progress is so slow. when a story progresses this slowly, it makes you lose interest in reading it. Now I'm thinking of dropping this novel, cause it's a waste of money.
Great story, cute slow burn romance that I hope ends in them living happily ever after. The ML and FL are easy to like and are well developed characters. There is some chapter repeats but they are in the POV of a different character. Many chapters end leaving you wanting to read the next chapter. Ahhh the release times are torture!! But the author sometimes take pity on us and releases early. 💕 MCs balance each other well and work through issues well. Novel has a good balance between humor, seriousness, cute moments and OH No!! You can’t help but get invested in the development of the relationship. Keep up the great work Cai_Hong. Looking forward to reading to the end.
The story is talking too much time to form properly I’m tried of the endless cycle they are not moving forward at chapter 126.
The story is unique, one of a kind. It is a hidden gem 💎🤩🥰 I really can relate with sleep deprivation consequences 🙈😴 The story is developing really really slow...so is not for impatient reader 🤷♀️

Whilst slow in places and some awful spelling and typo's this book was a slow burn and upon getting to the end, it was satisfying. I would have liked an update on Cassie and Jane and how they dealt with how things worked out. Did their lives change as dramatically as Derek and Emily's?
I really like the sort of back and forth perspectives in the writing, and the dynamics between the characters. There are times when this story is excellent and a joy to read. That being said, there are also long stretches where the only real conflict is a lack of incredibly basic communication, and the characters DO NOT learn from it. It WILL happen again. And when I say long stretches, I mean like 30-100 chapters of no real progress and chapters just focusing on the characters' internal angst and moping without any attempt to fix their issue. It's infuriating, and I wish I knew about it before sinking my money and time into this, because now I'm invested in the characters but kind of hate actually reading the story because it's just....not enjoyable during these sections. So if long stupid misunderstandings is your cup of tea, this is your book. If not, you have been warned.

well ... this is a brilliant story and well written. it's funny and tender and passionate. it is also highly frustrating. it us probably the most "wordy" novel I have ever read. switching POV backwards and forwards from one character to the other, repeating each scene twice gets tiring, the amount of detail in the thought process of every tiny move (times two) and the stupidity of the major misunderstanding which is glossed over to focus on the mind games is seriously irritating. however I got to read the story for free so after the first 70 chaps or so I skimmed. dear author I highly commend your idea and writing ability - if you could find a way to make someone who pays for chapters feel a little less cheated I think you would have greater success. I will definitely look out for other works of yours though.

Nice read. So far, I have been enjoying what I'm reading. The author did great.
The story is very nice. But the chapters repeat themselves even from the same character point of view all paragraphs ressemble each other with only last paragraph that add to the story. So I have been reading last paragraph only. To be honest I really like the story but I don’t get enough for the money I spend. I am okay with slow burn but that doesn’t mean that nothing has to happen and that really is a shame. Rephrasing is okay but it is too much in the case of this book. Thank you to the author though, I cheer for you to keep writing :)
Lots of buildup, you definitely get in their heads with their mental blocks and issues. But glad I stayed on to the end. Loved their story, how it intertwined, and how they were perfect for each other!!! ❤️❤️❤️

quite interesting how each lead navigate their sleep disorders them finding solace in each other is a blessing

So, to get the criticism out of the way, I don't know that alternating between the ML and FL point's of view every other chapter was the best idea. I've been skipping the first few paragraphs of each chapter because a lot of rambling information is thrown at you that really interrupts the flow of the story. In some instances, there's such a huge tangent that it almost feels like the author wrote the introduction to a new book! An editor would be a huge help I think. But, the characters are definitely unique and well-written. The world they're in is a bit small, in order to keep the story centered around these two poor individuals who can't sleep and think about little else. It's definitely a bit of a slow-burn, I'm about 25% in, and neither character has shown any romantic interest in the other. I can't wait until Derek gets a reality check once he falls for Emily, living her simple life! Overall, a cute, lighthearted, easy read, without a lot of drama or misunderstandings (at least so far). Absolutely worth a look!
