A bell rang through Gera, the largest city in Karsuda province. The sound signaled midnight and came from the top of a church tower. Just one floor below it, there was a round cathedral room.

Inside it, a man was looking through the windows. His name was Ash Harley. Ten years ago, he had left his home as a squire. Today, he became a 4th Circle Paladin.

''Mother… Father…'' Ash muttered to himself, remembering the fond memories he had of his childhood.

He hadn't been to Senesten in a long time. However, after becoming a paladin, he was finally free to visit his hometown.

Ash had heard rumors about some kind of dungeon appearing in the vicinity. He wanted to check that as well. Turning around, the paladin lightly kicked the ground and became a flash of silver light.
