Gou Heng did not spend long overthinking this matter and unbuttoned his clothes while entering the bathroom. Those scars go from an inch above his wrist to his shoulder blades but never quite reached his collarbone, like the one who made who marks was careful not to let anything show beyond long-sleeved shirts. Although Gou Heng no longer felt anything when he saw these wounds, anyone else would have held their breath out of shock and horror seeing those old scars.
