Another pathetic day in my stupid immortal life . I am one of the reapers. We reapers are the servant of Thanatos. No mortal knows about our existance yet . Yeah , the Greek gods from the good old times still exist . Their life force is tied to the memories of mortals which include them . That's one of the reasons why you have a class on Greek mythology .
Anyways back to me . I am just like any other teenager you would see in NY during the day .2 feet , 2 hands 2 eyes and 1 nose .
Most probably I have ran into you some time in your life . Blond hair and stormy grey eyes .
Reapers are usually ex demigods. ( Kids gods have with mortals )( ex means that they are supposed to be dead but have been chosen to help Thanatos with reaping and stuff.
My name is Bianca grace . I am 16 yrs old( if you go by my appearance ) . Welcome to my life.
I have to reap 3 souls daily . I sometimes get sent to different continents to do reaping . The worst part about my job is that I have to explain the person what would happen if they donot accept their death and go to underworld. If they don't they will turn into monsters who feed on mortals to live longer in the mortal world ( GROSS OUT ALERT :unlike the ones in doctor sleep because these monsters are super gross , have rotting body and eat a mortal completely , bones and internal organs included ) I have to find and kill these monsters . After every 200 years , we get a change of city . ( Currently , I am in NY) This can soo not be a person's dream career . And the only compensation is immortality . If I die in a fight ,I will most likely regenerate by the next day , ready for more pain( YAY ! ) . Just today I had to reap the soul of a little girl who was with her cat . Nah not the cat, just the girl( don't blame me , I get the monthly list of people who are gonna die from reaper headquarters ) . Anyway , it was easy to convince the girl . Her last words to me were to take care of her cat and feed her cat 5 times a day . I almost asked her if she had ever heard of an animal rescue center ( did I mention that I have pathetic people skills) but before I could say that , said that she was ready to go . I just wanted to go back to my appartment and get some sleep . So, I simply cut of her life string and send her to the underworld where she would be send to fields of asphodel , elisyum or fields of punishment depending on her deeds . ( There are two of those, one which is cut by the fates and the other which has to be cut by the reaper)
