Many people have asked about why the MC is that dense about his power. These are my thoughts regarding this matter: I think when the MC first came to the Soul Land he was in high spirits and thought of things such as reaching the top by cultivating and that as a traveller he would have an overpowered spirit. But his expectations have been squashed when the system has said to him that he would not be able to awaken a spirit. According to his knowledge regarding the soul land those who do not have a spirit cannot cultivate and the system did not help him in this regard by not giving any information. I think the system has been improving his strength passively with out informing the MC and only gives tasks which are not directly related to strength. The main reason that I think the MC does not know about his strength is if a person do not know that something changed in him and there is no one to tell this change to him then he won't know that he changed. And his belief that he was a normal person has not been changed for 1000 years so his thinking has been fixed as he really doesn't know that he is a strong person as he has no one to compare. And the current situation is not helping as Da Hei is always informing others about acting and treating MC as an ordinary human. A perfect example would be you will not feel that you have changed much when you go to live in a hostel and when you came back for a holiday your family would say that you have changed much. He Da hei is preventing others from mentioning the change in him. My thoughts May be right or wrong. If you have any other opinion about this you can give them.

Story COULD be funny and good, if not for some details. Mc is reincarnated that knows about Duluo Dalu world and other novels, so there's just zero chance he would not know he's powerful, he even knows the place he is staying at. Also all his pets seems to be hiding their form, that's also just totally nonsense, wouldn't they want to show off how powerful and useful they have become, especially that lady best in lake that can take human form, and seems to like mc. Overall, story is total bs because basically whole plot and joke hangs on premise that mc is absolute total retard. Which is they way all bad writers advance plots and write jokes. Just make character's IQ drop at convenient times. Really, all author needed to do is to make mc ignorant about cultivation novels (though there would still be other issues like his beasts and many people he has probably seen in the forest during the 1000 years) but at least it wouldn't be as bad.

This fan-fic goes against the original storyline. I feel this story will end soon. Seems pointless to me that the author is trying to make the tangs look like the evil and wicked ones. And also there is no way tang hao would be afraid to fight flender who doesn’t even have as much experience as him when it comes to fighting even though he had an increase in soul power level. The boot licking of flander and other characters are also getting very annoying. With the current progress of the book I think the mc would never come to a realisation that he is overpowered. So therefore making the story pointless to read. Still I give thanks to the translator. It’s not easy.

Don't want to give it a low score simply because I only read 20 chapters and the last chapter to see if the MC really remains oblivious the entire story. I dislike stories like this simply because they make absolutely no sense. The MC has eyes, doesn't he!? The fact that he seems to think he's an ordinary person is really a letdown. I'm dropping this since it's not my cup of tea, but it does seem relatively well written, so I give it a shot!
