章 10: My return home with a surprise in it II
Yui from time to time stayed in the castle and told me how Juna and Clow were in their world, that made me very happy and I decided to go shopping with Yui to send gifts to everyone, it was already her with Clow and Juna; with Clow it took me a while to find the gift, when I saw an antique watch I liked it a lot and decided to buy it, I talked to Yui and I told her

It was beautiful because it was made of silver with a floral engraving, it had a long chain and it opened with a little pressure, the hands of the watch were in the shape of a diamond with Roman numerals in black and in the background the engraving of a silver sun, in the back it had nothing but I asked to place a half moon in gold.
The jeweler didn't even notice that Yui was a real being or so I thought, because she kept still in my arms, while I was looking at the other gifts I thought of taking something to my parents until a voice said
Cedric: You're weird, talking to yourself again?
Cedric who was looking at me with a raised eyebrow and a serious face made me jump and I almost fell with Yui and in an awkward gesture I told him
Me: first you don't scare people like that and secondly I'm not..... -I decided to shut up my last sentence and say, "I don't think that's any of your business.
I didn't want to be rude but I couldn't think of anything else. He just smiled at my curious reaction and talked to the jeweler about some orders; I managed to move away a little and see more but nothing else caught my attention, when he called me he told me to wait a few hours and then he will pass by looking for him, I nodded my thanks and when I was about to leave Cedric asked me to wait for him and I noticed how Yui in a quick turn raised her head and smiled at me to which she returned to her position in the blink of an eye and I pretended a face of normality.
We walked around for a while and then he held me in an accessories store with nice jewelry, I agreed to go in with him so I looked at some gifts for Paula and Elvia, although Elvia's might cost a bit, So I looked first at one for Paula who by fate had one bracelet that was adjustable with a beautiful pink but yellow, I agreed to buy it and then I saw 2 earrings for my Elvia and a necklace, I went to pay for everything and I saw how he bought a curious ring was a tiger eye but navy blue.
After a while I walked to a square where there were few people because it was night time, he gave me a ticket and told me
Cedric: soon there is going to be a festival in Japan for the new year and I would like you to go.
For a moment I was going to decline the offer but in the end I accepted his invitation and I told him
Me: of course I will gladly go, I hope to see you there.
As he invoked the portal he said to me: I will see you at the entrance, see you later little Sapphire.
I was astonished and when I was about to ask him how he knew my name, he had already disappeared.
Yui who stretches in my arms says: he is a very handsome elf, besides if you told him the truth nothing bad would have happened, you saw that in the end he smiled at me and he knows that I have life.
Just when I was complaining to Yui my cell phone rings with a message from mom and while I turn it off I see and charge Yui and I tell her
Me: today I don't give you chocolates, if you had told me she knew and was just teasing me...I wouldn't be so uptight.
To which she is just laughing all the way to the jewelry box and back home.
