章 6: Chapter 6: The royals
Nova
I was overjoyed to know they accepted me and I was happy to know that the two men who attacked me during the hunt were killed. As the King and Queen told me this I snuck a glance to William who looked down guiltily. I smiled and hugged him and told him thank you. The royals decided to invite my entire family to have a meal and I was overjoyed when they all readily agreed to join us at the Palace. Everyone in the Palace was happy that their Prince found his mate and that he was happy, we alerted the guards and the staff about the guests we were going to be receiving. I warned them that my family's clothing would probably look worn down, loose and old, it was no secret where I came from before I became the princess and they all understood.
William
I was a bit saddened when Nova told us that her family might not be wearing the best clothing because of where they came from but then an idea hit me. I snuck away from Nova and my parents knowing they'll look after her and headed to her family's address, I still had it after I took Nova to see them once she was allowed to leave the hospital room. I ended literally walking into her family who where walking to the Palace and just as Nova warned they were not wearing the best clothing and I felt sad for their behalf. So I took them to the royal tailors that was located just in front of the palace, I had her brothers and father get suits and her mother a dress. I was planning to surprise Nova with her family as dressed up as possible and I wanted them to be able to feel more relaxed around my parents.
Nova
After the tour with Wills parents I decided to borrow a maids uniform so that when my family came I would be able to make them feel more at ease with whatever they would be wearing, but then Wills mom came in and had the maids dress me up. I wanted to argue but was afraid that I would be punished for speaking my mind so I kept quiet and allowed the maids to dress me. The Queen led me the the main gate where I was met by the view of my family in Royal garments, I couldn't control my gasp of happiness and I ran towards them. I crashed happily in my dads arms and the rest of my family circled us in a massive family hug, we ended up breaking apart after a while and I introduced everyone and as we walked to the Palace I walked next to Will. I decided that as a token of appreciation I wanted him to have my first kiss so I dragged him aside and into the first room I found, when I saw it was empty I pulled his neck and before he could ask me what I wanted I kissed him. I felt his shock and surprise before he happily kissed me back and in the end I let him mark me, although we didn't go further because not only would my father want to kill William but we wanted to get married first.
