章 473: Trust

Klaus was surprised to see Ashley waiting for him outside the dormitory, especially considering the freezing cold wind that night. He approached her with a look of curiosity and concern.

"Ashley, what are you doing out here? It's so cold!" Klaus asked, crossing his arms to protect himself from the freezing weather.

Ashley smiled warmly at Klaus, but her look was a mixture of determination and concern. "Klaus, I had to talk to you. Something important has happened and I thought it would be best if we talked before tomorrow's exam."

Klaus frowned, feeling a pang of concern. He knew that Ashley usually didn't interrupt her studies without a reason, so something really important must have happened.

"What happened? Is everything okay?" Klaus asked, growing increasingly concerned.
