章 1: ROTUK CH1
Somewhere in an unknown place, an enormous barren land had been converted into a battlefield of the bloodiest nature. Two very bizarre types of forces were clashing against each other.
One was comprised of multicolored beast-like creatures of all shapes and sizes. The other side was comprised of a cyborg-like humanoid race with multiple fleshy tentacles erupting from their backs.
Both sides used a large variety of elemental and physical type forces to clash against each other, some were so bizarre that they almost seemed like a natural calamity rather than something controlled by a sentient being.
However, slowly but surely, the result was beginning to get clearer. Where the cyborg-like beings were showing no remorse and hesitation and using every means possible till the last possible moment to defeat the bizarre beasts, the beasts were not able to respond with the same intensity despite being slightly stronger than the cyborgs power-wise.
In the center of the beasts, a white-colored huge majestic beast was present, overseeing the war with a regal look on its face. This majestic being was named Arceus, and it was the god of this world of the bizarre beasts which were also known by the name of 'Pokémon'.
Other than Arceus, there were many other uniquely gifted, tremendously strong beings all across the battlefield, all of whom were known in the Pokémon world for a very long time for the legendary myths of their origins and deeds.
They were the Legendary and Mythical Pokémon from the various continents of the Pokémon world. Arceus looked at how the terrifyingly the Legendary and Mythical Pokémon fought, all of them putting aside their interpersonal grievances to protect the Pokémon world.
However, it also knew that for every cyborg being that the legendries killed, another half a dozen or so regular Pokémon were put down by the cyborgs. If this went on any longer than the Legendries, Mythics and it will be all who are left to carry on the name of the Pokémon race.
They would also be wiped out to extinction just like the humans were wiped out by these cyborgs, leaving only a handful of talented humans to fight here. At this point, two humanoid figures suddenly landed in front of Arceus in a crouch.
Arceus stiffened for a moment, about to send out an elemental pulse at them. Then it recognized who they were, The Heroic Tamer of the Humans, Ash Ketchum, and the Mysterious Unnamed Girl Knight who had been supporting them out of nowhere after appearing in this world suddenly a few years ago.
Ash was currently in his special Battle Bond Greninja Form which he now had almost permanently on ever since Arceus had fused Greninja to Ash's Soul just as the war started. The Girl Knight had similarly formed a unique soul bond with Zacian and Zamazenta and was able to transform them into a unique sword and shield artifact while battling.
In their equipment form, the two also strengthened the Girl Knight greatly, allowing her to chop up those cyborgs like weeds. Recognizing them, Arceus relaxed a bit and motioned with his head for them to speak.
"Your Majesty Arceus, I am sure you have noticed this too, but if this keeps on going like this then there won't be any Pokémon left in the Pokémon world," Ash-Greninja said in a somber tone.
[I already know that...] Arceus's heavy voice echoed in Ash and the Girl Knight's mind [What are you suggesting Hero Ash?]
"There is only one possible solution left now your majesty Arceus. One last legendary of your realm that has been kept away from this battle so far. You banished him away because of his deeds, however, it may be now that he will be the one to save what is left of this world from its current crisis."
Arceus stiffened slightly before a mighty aura rolled off him in waves. Ash and the girl knight could barely stay in their place in front of this aura pressure. Sensing Arceus's aura, two Dragon-like beings suddenly appeared on both of its sides.
One was a Draconic being of beyond 5 meters with steel-like huge protrusions all over its body and another was a humanoid draconic being of around 4 meters with armor-like plating all over its body which was white-colored with pink stripes along with its limbs and contours of the body.
The two of them were Dialga and Palkia, Legendary Dragon-type Pokémon and controllers of time and space and also part of the Creation Trio born from Arceus himself. They both calmed Arceus down and got to know of Ash's suggestion from him. However, much to the surprise of Arceus, Dialga and Palkia agreed with Ash's opinion.
They reminded Arceus that their third brother was a master of the Distortion and Reverse world. His banishment had probably made him a master at existing in the universe beyond their Pokémon world.
Arceus thought for a while and observed all the chaos around him. Finally, he agreed and summoned Giratina back to the Pokémon world. Arceus still had a suspicion that Giratina might side with the cyborgs instead to destroy the Pokémon.
However, he was met with a surprise instead. Giratina appeared before them in its original form. Giratina's original form was like a Serpentine-centipede-like being with three pairs of ghostly wings with needle-like protrusions at its ends.
Arceus knew that Giratina had always been different from its brothers because of this and there was generally in its alternate draconic form, but it appeared right now in its Origin form, assuring them of his cooperation.
Arceus finally looked at Giratina with a gaze of trust and respect. Because only Giratina and he knew that in actuality Giratina was the strongest of the Creation Trio because it represented the opposite of Arceus was.
Arceus was matter, Giratina was anti matter; Arceus was Creation, Giratina was Destruction; Arceus was Life, Giratina was Death.
Giratina observed the battlefield and gave his opinion in a split second: Noah's Ark.
Recognition flashed in the eyes of Arceus and the other two of the Creation Trio. Noah was the first Hero of the Pokémon World and was innately gifted with an understanding of Pokémon Speech.
He ruled over an enormous empire where Pokémon and Humans lived in absolute harmony. However, before his death, he had met with Arceus and the Creation Trio and taught them the Unique Combination Technique he had devised to save the Pokémon world in a crisis.
In his technique, the power of the Creation Trio and Arceus had to be combined together to create an object that would contain an alternative dimension that would store all the Pokémon in a spiritual stasis form, like they are stored in a poke ball.
This object could then be sent to a different world to save all the Pokémon contained within them. However, for this to work there were two main requirements. To pull off something like this, an enormous amount of energy was required.
In the current situation, this would be possible If Arceus borrowed the energy of all the Legendries and Mythics to fuel the technique, but then apart from those Legendaries and Mythics, only a few other Pokémon would be able to be stored in the object.
Secondly, because of the enormous amount of energy used, it was possible that all of them would go into deep stasis for possibly decades, or maybe even a century or two. In which case they would need a guardian to look after them, and also search for an alternative energy source to fuel their recovery in whichever new world they are sent to.
It's possible that the type of energy prevalent in the new world might be of a higher or lower type in comparison to their world, in which case the guardian would first need to learn how to use the new type of energy before supplying them with it.
However, Giratina once again suggested a solution to this problem. But the solution it suggested was something that sent shivers down the Majestic Pokémon God's spine. Giratina had saved an injured soul that had somehow entered it's Reverse World long back.
It found out that though the soul had lost quite a few of its memories, it retained some memories that gave it a bit of knowledge about the Pokémon world, and also surprisingly a few other worlds too.
Giratina wanted to gather the Unown Tribes and use their power on the human soul to form the legendary Unknown King. Unknown King Creation ritual was something Arceus had granted the Unown Tribe on a whim long back.
Since they were the record keepers of the history and were not powerful individually, Arceus had made it so that if they found a worthy Human to protect them, then they could use this ritual to bond with the human to create a legendary being that would be half human and half Pokémon, something like Ash-Greninja right now.
However, since humans were never able to communicate with the reclusive Unown Tribes, this legendary being never set foot in the Pokémon world.
