Rhys could not really care less for Olga's language. His eyes were completely focused on Eurydice as she flew and made her way to Orpheus, and Orpheus welcomed her with a hand to stand on right in front of him.

And without even any care for anyone else, Eurydice wrapped her arms around Orpheus's cheek and placed her lips upon his.

He truly was not expecting this at all. Aengela had already told him that nymphs were not capable of love at all, or at least the romantic love that one creature would have for another — they were not capable of it, as they were made that way to not procreate. They did not have the necessary organs at all.

And so, Rhys thought that Orpheus was just delusional.

But to think that Eurydice actually truly reciprocated his feelings — and not only that, she seemed even more in love than him with the way she was holding him and not letting him go at all.
