"Oye, little girl, do you know of a god who looks similar to a clown?"
".... Clown!?..."
Natsuki turned back with a slightly surprised expression.
"Is it him?..." She whispered while being held close to Leon, at this point she had already gotten used to being treated like this.
Who can guess that two of the strongest beings are flying above the sky of Light city.
"Hmm... So you do know about it. So, what's his name?"
"You shouldn't care about it," She replied almost instantly, that's rare for her personality.
I chuckled seeing her furious look. "Haha, don't worry if he is your ex, I can help you kill him." Then, I curved up my lips and smirked. "Though that will come at a price. Although I don't mind a loli but it would be good if you could introduce me to busty-looking goddesses."
Natsuki frowned.
Haha ... Thinking about it, I should close the chapter of Yves this week. The faster it is the better it would be.
As I was waiting for her to reply, she betrayed all of my expectations and silently flew down to the city. I wasn't holding her in a tight grip in the first place. Her flesh is really delicate and comfortable to hold to, I wonder how good it would be if this girl's ego wasn't this big.
Maybe then I would have considered her...
"Hah, In which direction did she leave in the first place??"
I followed her trail into the city and arrived in the center. There was a large white-colored establishment in the middle.
"Why would she come here?"
It was a Church, filled with people, they were praying to a sculpture of the Goddess Celestine. To be honest, she didn't look any special in it.
I stayed there for a while to learn more about it but shortly after that, there was a series of tedious rituals which came one after another. Just being there tired me out. I immediately left in another direction.
I had already spotted Natsuki near the backside of the church, a long ago. But I was in no hurry to disturb her from whatever she was doing there.
Nonetheless, after seeing that blue wings, I have a guess what she is doing there and normally I would love to join her but not today, as I found something even more interesting.
"What is he doing here?" I stared in the direction of a building left to the church and grinned wickedly. My body immediately vaporized into a blood mist and disappeared.
I got near the corner stool, in which a brown-haired 18-year-old boy was sitting.
"What is this!?" He was initially surprised to find himself shrouded by red mist, but after turning his head around and looking around, he soon realized that no one else can notice this other than him.
[... Stop Looking around boy. I am here with you]
"Who is it!!" Instantly, the boy screamed towards the direction of the wall. The table on which he was sitting fell with a thud surprising the people nearby.
[Shhhhh, quiet down kid or else people will consider you a lunatic.]
"Ah," Cain being reminded by Leon finally realized where he is right now. The old man, the owner of this place was glaring at him with narrowed eyes. Cain's back was drenched in a cold sweat the moment their eyes met, he immediately apologized to him and dashed outside.
[Haha, stop running kid]
Cain kept running and did not stop running till he was in an empty alley without any people around him.
He finally stopped and walked near the center of a vacant plot of land.
After calming down his breath he looked above his head and screamed, "Fuck youuuuuuu...!!"
"I could have got killed there because of you!!"
[Why are you screaming at me, Idiot!? Or do you think I can't kill you??... Believe me or not it wouldn't even take a pinch to kill you right now.]
Immediately, two huge eyes materialized in front of Cain glaring at him like a predator. One glimpse of it was enough to give nightmares to people for years.
Though Cain was mesmerized by it, and out of curiosity, he tried to peek inside of it.
Inside of it black flames mixed with lightning can be seen, the ground have deep cracks, humans and demon alike were screaming and running with separated organs, and some were walking with their intestines protruding outwards. The church in the middle was broken with the shattered remains of the Goddess statue in the middle. The sky have been dyed red and blood was raining from above.
"Ugh!" Cain vomited on the spot, the scene in front of him wasn't changing no matter how hard he tried.
Soon, he saw something which he can never imagine in his wildest dreams, his Aunt was held by a large bird-like creature in middle, her skin was being peeled off one by one and fed to the small creatures, nearby. Another body was lying next to her which had been completely eaten except for its head, which was of no one else but... Cain itself.
"!!"
Instantly, Cain's eyes bulged out, he yelled, "Nooooo!!!!"
"Stop This!!" He cried out and squatted down to his knees begging for it to stop, at this point maybe Cain hasn't realized yet but his eyes were bleeding.
[Hmm... Seems like this much will be enough to teach you a lesson, remember next time you say something stupid like that and all of this will be real.]
"I get that, I get that!! Now please stoppp!!"
[Stop screaming boy and just open your eyes.]

Cain thought to himself if it was that easy I would have done it a long ago and my eyes are already open but the moment he thought so, he realized that his eyes were actually closed.
He tried to open them and the moment he did so, his vision was restored and everything was restored back to normal except for the red mist which was still surrounding him.
As Cain thought that everything right now was just a dream the voice from earlier echoed in his mind again.
[So, what were you doing there? Trying to be an assassin?? That is not a place for kids.]
Although the voice was mocking him but this time Cain was pretty cautious dealing with this demon, he didn't lash out like previous and instead framed his words first, before speaking.
"I-I was just trying to earn some money and... Increase my strength."
[Oh, so how much have you earned till now??]
"100gold coins," Cain said proudly, entirely forgetting the scene from earlier.
[Hmm... Not bad. So what do want this money for?]
"No. First, you tell me who are you and how do know me?" Cain retorted.
[Me?? Think of me as a... God of.....lust?evil? No, yea! Think of me as God of Wishes. I grant wishes.]
Cain looked at the mist with suspicion. "Grant wishes, really?? Then make me the strongest person in the world."
[Haha, you misunderstood something kid. You have to pay the price for every wish you make.]
"Then it is a devil, I see. For a moment I thought it was the real God of wishes." Cain said disappointed.
This guy -_- and who the fuck is the god of wishes. If I find you I will definitely be the first one to kill you

「These two bottles have invisibility liquid inside of them, use them and till a day after tomorrow, I want you to erase a whole family of lower nobels by yourself. Remember, if you fail there is a penalty at the end.
Why needless slaughter?
