I jumped back and dodged Noah’s wolf’s claws just in time to narrowly miss his vicious attack. But those claws still made me lose some of Rhett’s fur in the process.

We shifted back to our human forms and Noah apologized for his attack.

“Alpha, I’m sorry for the attack just now,” he apologized with guilt.

Noah wasn't holding back his attack during the training, and it would have been fatal if I hadn’t dodged back in time. He would have left deep wounds on Rhett’s neck if I had failed to react in time.

My fault for being distracted during training…

I waved my hand, letting him know I didn't mind it, and went to the bench where our water, clothes, towels, and everything else were placed.

“Alpha, are you thinking about how you are going to work out the new selection rules?” Noah asked as we each took a towel to wipe our sweat away before putting on our clothes.
