Zhenqi & Soul Cultivation:
Great Realms:
There are 7 Great Realms of cultivation known. Every dan of a Great Realm is divided in stages, usually 4 (primary, intermediate, advanced and pinnacle) or 6 (which includes the perfection and consummation stages). The dans of the God realm are divided into different stages depending on the dan.
FIGHTER 9-DANS:
There are 9 layers (or dans) of cultivation for Fighter (wuzhe). The 9-dan Supreme (Zhizun) is the limit of the human body and the pinnacle of mortal's cultivation.
Juxi Realm:
Forging Breath realm is the first layer of cultivation of a martial artist. Consists in learning how to breath innately, sense spirit particles in the air and guide their flow into one's body.

Dantian Realm:
Dantian realm is the second layer of cultivation of a martial artist. Consists in opening up of one's dantian to allow it to hold spirit energy as well as to reform one's body, turning a normal human into a true martial artist.

Zhenqi/True Essence Realm:
True Essence (zhenqi) realm is the third layer of cultivation of a martial artist. Consists in gathering the spirit energy in the dantian to create one's true qi. The quality of the true qi condensed in this realm is related to the quality of the cultivation technique

Pigu Realm:
Body Tempering (pigu) realm is the fourth layer of cultivation of a martial artist. Consists in letting one's true qi overflow from one's dantian and enrich one's body, causing one's physical body to become powerful. One's organs will also grow stronger, thus becoming a true expert.

Dingli Realm:
Cauldron Strength (dingli) realm is the fifth layer of cultivation of a martial artist. Consists of an extension of the Skin and Bones realm. The purpose of this stage is to temper the true qi of the cultivator to his body. It is called Cauldron Strength because at this realm primary stage the martial artist can exert an force equivalent of 1 cauldron (ding), that is equal to 1000 kg. At this realm one can use Zhenqi Telepathy to converse with others.

Pixue Realm:
Acupoint Opening ( pixue) realm is the sixth layer of a martial artist. It consists in opening one's acupoints. It is a very important realm as the number of acupoints one opened during this realm is directly related as how far one can go in the martial path. An acupoint unlocked will increase the cultivator's strength by 1 cauldron.

Influence of True Essence
Due to low purity of true essence that most people possessed and incorrect sequence they opened their acupoints in, the cultivation of most people stops progressing after opening 30-40 acupoints and the only way for them to grow stronger is to breakthrough to the next realm.
Tongxuan Realm:
Profound Connection ( tongxuan) realm is the seventh layer of cultivation of a martial artist.
It can be considered as the first realm where a fighter can be considered an expert, as is the minimum cultivation requirement to apply to practice occupations.

Zongshi Realm:
Grandmaster (zongshi) realm is the eighth layer of cultivation of a martial artist.
Breaking through to Grandmaster realm is the first great bottleneck in most fighters' martial path.

Zhizun Realm:
Supreme (zhizun) realm is the pinnacle of the nine layers of cultivation of a mortal and is as far as one can go without breaking the shackles of mortality. It is also known as Ten Thousand Cauldrons (wanding) realm as the martial artist have the strength of 10,000 cauldrons once they reach Primary stage Supreme.

Half-Transcension realm:
It is the transitional realm between Fighter 9-dan and Transcendent Mortal 1-dan. The strength in this realm can range from 40,000 cauldrons to 100,000 cauldrons.
TRANSCENDENT MORTAL 9-DANS:
Transcendent Mortal ( huafan) realm is the realm above Fighter. Before becoming a Transcendent Mortal, experts have a normal human lifespan, even a Supreme peak would find it hard to reach 100 years old. Once they break through to Transcendent Mortal, they would have their lifespan increased by a lot. A characteristic of this realm is the ability to draw support from the surrounding environment and transfer all origin energy for oneself to use, increasing one's battle strength by several fold.
Supreme realm is the peak of mortal cultivation, and as far as the mortal body can reach, therefore, the Transcendent Mortal realm consists in breaking the shackles of mortality to reach a higher level. For this reason, this realm is also known as Transcending Mortality ( chaofan) realm or Shedding Mortality (tuofan) realm.
Zengshou Realm:
Prolonged Longevity ( zengshou) realm is the first layer of Transcendent Mortal. In this realm, the cultivator lifespan is increased from 100 years to 200 years. As a Transcendent Mortal expert, a 1-dan Prolonged Longevity realm cultivator can make use of the surrounding environment to gather spiritual qi for oneself to use, increasing their combat strength.
Transcendent Mortal expert, although has the support of the world's spiritual qi, has the limit strength one can exert. In the first layer Increasing Longevity realm the limit is 100,000 cauldrons strength. Therefore this realm is also called Hundred Thousand Huge Strength ( shiwanjuli).
In this realm, although the strength remains 100,000 cauldron, to every small stage the expert breakthrough, their lifespan is increased in 50 years, thus a Prolonged Longevity peak expert has 350 years of lifespan.

Yuanqi Realm:
Origin Energy (yuanqi) realm is the second layer of Transcendent Mortal. Consists in refining one's true essence into origin energy. True Essence and Origin Energy are completely different, the former represents strength and life potential, but the latter can integrate with nature. An ordinary piece of paper, imbued with origin energy, is very likely to become intelligent, floating and dancing in the air by itself.

Yin-Yang Realm:
Yin-Yang (yinyang) realm is the third layer of Transcendent Mortal. Consists in the mutual promotion of the five elements, achieving formidable strength. In this realm, the strength is no longer limited, the Yin-Yang realm powerhouse has the ability to destroy the heavens, extinguish the earth. Even a mountain peak can be crushed by a Transcendent Mortal 3-dan expert.

Zhuoqing Realm:
Clarifying Turbidity ( zhuoqing) realm is the fourth layer of Transcendent Mortal. There is differing purity to Origin Energy, and everyone's soul has different weight. At this realm, one is able to purify the quality of one's Origin Energy. In other words, this realm is an opportunity for one to cleanse one's Origin Energy (True Essence).
Also, at this realm, one would be able to see peer through the veil of the world to see the truth. Even without looking, just by using one's senses, one would be able to peer into objects several hundred meters away.

Heling Realm:
Consonant Spirit (heling) realm is the fifth layer of Transcendent Mortal. Harmonizing one's soul with one's body to perfection, allowing the both to be completely in sync.

Qiaotian Realm:
Cosmos Bridge (qiaotian) realm is the sixth layer of Transcendent Mortal. Consists in building an 'inner bridge' to communicate with the world.

Guiyi Realm:
Perfect Harmonization ( guiyi) realm is the seventh layer of Transcendent Mortal. Consists in one's soul melding together with the world at large to form a singularity. Every single movement would carry a sharp edge to it.

Taxu Realm:
Ethereal Treading ( taxu) realm is the eighth layer of Transcendent Mortal. Consists in seeing through the illusions of the world, hiding one's edge within. One would be able to stop temporarily in midair.

Canfeng Realm:
Chrysalis (canfeng) realm is the ninth layer of Transcendent Mortal. Consists in forming a Embryonic Core, otherwise termed as Golden Core, within one's body, and sealing one's energy into it. Because of that it is also known as Embryonic Core or Golden Core Realm.
Embryonic Core Tiers
The formation of an embryonic core is, to put it in simple terms, the condensation of true qi (zhenqi) in the dantian, going from gaseous state to solid state, thus forming a core.
This core is divided into several tiers depending on the quality. Higher the tier, greater the battle strength. Each tier is also divided into 4 grades: low, middle, high, and pinnacle.
Tier-3 Core - Can be condensed through normal cultivation. Ordinary cultivators, as long as they try hard, can condense this grade of core. Is the worst tier of embryonic core.
Tier-2 Core - Needs massive resources and the direction of other experts. To condense this tier of embryonic core, the expenditure is over ten times the cost of condensing a tier-3 core. Because of the superior battle strength possessed by those who condensed a tier-2 core
Tier-1 Core - Is the was believed by all to be the highest tier achievable
To condense this tier of embryonic core, the expenditure is over ten times the cost of condensing a tier-2 core
Perfect Core - This is the true highest tier achievable and vastly surmounts all three tiers below. It is required to become a celestial saint
The final tier and grade of the embryonic core will be decided when the cultivator breaks through to Saint 1-dan. From that point on, it becomes impossible to raise the tier and grade of the embryonic core.

Beyond 9-dan:
Half-Saint (bansheng) realm is the first transitional realm between Transcendent Mortal and Saint. After breaking through to this realm, one's lifespan increases from 200 years to 500 years.

Nascent Saint(congsheng) realm is the second transitional realm between Transcendent Mortal and Saint.

SAINT 9-DANS:
Saint (shengzhe) realm is the realm above Transcendent Mortal. In order to truly fly one must be a Saint or at least a Half-Saint.
After becoming a Saint, one's lifespan is extended to 1,000 years (for most Saints). Those who had lived beyond a thousand could be considered an old ancestor of a clan, who broke the shackles of Saint realm and reached a higher realm.
Zhukong Realm:
Void Pursuit (zhukong) realm is the first layer of Saint. At Saint 1-dan Void Pursuit realm, Saints would open the Zhukong acupoint, thus gaining the ability of free flight.
As a true Saint, the cultivator's lifespan increases from 500 to 1,000 years.

Shenshi Realm:
Spiritual Perception ( shenshi) realm is the second layer of Saint. Consists in the opening of the Incipient Eye, and thus, awakening the Spiritual Perception. In this realm one can extend one's soul to the surroundings to perceive an area around oneself.
A typical Spiritual Perception realm pinnacle expert would generally be able to expand his Spiritual Perception over a radius of 400 meters or so. Those who were stronger could reach 500 to 600 meters, but there was nearly no one who could reach the 1000 meters mark.

Taiying Realm:
Embryonic Soul ( taiying) realm is the third layer of Saint. In this realm, an Embryonic Soul reminiscent of an infant would break out of the Embryonic Core. Because of that, this realm is also called Origin Soul ( yuanying) realm.
Once one's soul had been tempered into an Origin Soul, it would be able to tap into the power of the world. At this realm, one could be considered to have taken one's first step into Sainthood, gaining the ability to overturn oceans and move mountains at a thought.

Yuanshen Realm:
Primordial Spirit ( yuanshen) realm is the fourth layer of Saint. In this realm, a cultivator's Origin Soul would evolve into a Primordial Spirit.
Any cultivator that had reached the Primordial Spirit realm is extremely difficult to kill due to the unique nature of their existence.

Chuqiao Realm:
Leaving Aperture (chuqiao) realm is the fifth layer of Saint. Leaving Aperture realm is the cultivation realm where a cultivator would be able to draw their Primordial Spirit out through an aperture in their body and roam the world freely. Even if their body were to meet with demise, they would still be able to exist as a Primordial Spirit. While the cultivator's lifespan would be significantly reduced existing in such a form, it was nevertheless an extremely incredible ability.
More importantly, one's Primordial Spirit would be further aligned with nature and the world, allowing it to draw even greater fighting prowess. Every single cultivator who had reached this level wielded destructive fighting prowess that instilled deference and horror in others.
Once breaking through this realm, unlike all previous realms, you don't immediately reach the primary stage. Only by crossing the first ordeal that you can truly reach the primary stage of Leaving Aperture, before that you can only be considered a False Leaving Aperture Realm Saint.

Lingyu Realm:
Domain ( lingyu) realm is the sixth layer of Saint. In this realm, one becomes capable of creating a dominion around them. At every small breakthrough in this realm, the cultivator's dominion grows a bit more.
Ordinary peak Saint 6-dan Grand Dominion realm expert have a dominion of 20 meters.

Ruxu Realm:
Phantasmal Space Realm ( Ruxu) is the seventh layer of Saint. At this layer the cultivator's domain becomes a mixture of real and unreal. This is the when the Saint touches the mystery of space.

Dongxu Realm:
Dimension Sundering ( Dongxu) realm is the eighth layer of Saint. Their domain becomes an heavenly abode, mastering some of the mysteries of space. To reach this level the Saint must overcome the Dimension Sundering Tribulation.

Yukong Realm:
Macrocosm Ascendancy (Yukong) realm is the ninth layer of Saint. At this stage the control of space reaches the peak. To reach this level the Saint must overcome the Macrocosm Ascendancy Ordeal, which has the might of over ten Dimension Sundering Ordeal.

GREAT SAGE 4-DANS:
Great Sage (dasheng) realm is the realm above Saint. Unlike the Saint realm, the Great Sage realm is divided into only 4-dans. The lifespan of a Great Sage is 1,500 years.
Using their Fighter Realm, Transcendent Mortal Realm, and Saint Realm foundation as a basis, one must find their own path towards Great Sage Realm. In order words, the cultivation techniques at this level must be created by the cultivator themself. Cultivation techniques created by others can only be used as reference.
Also, each dan is divided into 6 stages, unlike the Saint realm where each dan was divided into 4 stages. Those stages are: Primary Stage , Intermediate Stage , Advanced Stage , Pinnacle , Perfection , and Consummation .
Jianshenbuhuai Realm:
Introspective Convalescence realm (jianshenbuhuai) realm is the first layer of the Great Sage Realm. In the Introspective Convalescence realm, a cultivator separates their Primordial Spirit from their physical body and trims both of them carefully, achieving invulnerability to indisposition and infirmity.
Those who have successfully reached this realm have their lifespan extended by five hundred years, thus allowing them to live up to 1,500 years old.
Jinshen Realm:
Aureate Body (jinshen) realm is the second layer of the Great Sage Realm. The undefilable Aureate Body grants one everlasting divinity. Flames and ice will no longer be able to injure one, and ordinary wounds will recover swiftly without the use of pills.
One's body and physical body will grow far more resilient than before, almost as if diamond, impermeable to water or flames. Even if one travels through a Teleportation Formation without protection, one still won't be harmed by the spatial turbulence. Even when falling into spatial rifts, one will be able to walk out alive!
On top of the frightening growth in strength and resilience, one will gain considerable resistance against soul arts as well. Demonic tunes and even the Impartation of Heaven's Will won't be able to sway one easily anymore!
Intuitive Impulse Realm:
Intuitive Impulse Realm is the third layer of Great Sage Realm. It refers to an enigmatic sense toward danger or the unknown. It's rather similar to the ability that seers wield, but it's far more feasible to experts, especially in battle. Without using tortoise shells or copper coins, one will be able to intuitively sense impending calamities or fortune and select the most suitable course of action to take.
Sempiternal Realm:
Sempiternal Realm is the forth layer of Great Sage Realm. Sempiternal encompasses the idea of deathlessness, but it's with reference not to the flesh but to the Primordial Spirit. No external force will be able to sway one's mental state, and with a mere thought, one is not only able to kill but tear space apart as well! Only one who has reached this realm can be considered invincible beneath Ancient Sage
ANCIENT SAGE 4-DANS
Ancient Sage (gusheng) is the realm above Great Sage. The lifespan of an Ancient Sage is 2,000 years.
The conditions for the breakthrough to Ancient Sage is as follows:
1.One's cultivation base must be at Great Sage 4-dan Consummation. This is the most basic requirement and many powerful experts were able to fulfill it since ancient times.
2.One must accumulate «Aeon of Ancient SagesThis step is essential and is the main reason why there are no new Ancient Sages in current times.
3.One's soul depth must reach the minimum of 30. This means that only people that arduously train their Will of Mind have a chance to breakthrough to Ancient Sage Realm.
4.One's soul span must reach one million kilometers.
5.One's understanding of any aspect of the dao must surpass Heaven's Path.
Like the Great Sage realm, the Ancient Sage realm is divided into 4 dans. Also, unlike the Great Sage realm, each dan is divided into 4 stages: Primary Stage, Intermediate Stage, Advanced Stage and Pinnacle.
Bloodline Continuance Realm:
This is the first layer of Ancient Sage 4-dans. After achieving a breakthrough to Ancient Sage, a cultivator will be able to pass down the unique traits of their bloodline to their descendants.
The realms' names of the Ancient Sage 4-dans have never been officially fixed, but there's a standardized way of classifying the strength of an Ancient Sage through their difference in strength and special characteristics.
As such, the term used for the first realm is 'Bloodline Continuance'. This serves as an indicative sign as to whether one has achieved a breakthrough to Ancient Sage yet or not.
Great Philosopher Realm:
This is the second layer of Ancient Sage 4-dans. . This is the highest level that the seventy-two Sages, with the exception of the Ten Apostles, reached in their lifetime. As such, it eventually came to be known as the Great Philosopher realm.
Blood Reincarnation Realm:
This is the third layer of Ancient Sage 4-dans. As long as those who have reached this realm haven't come to the end of their lifespan yet, even if one severs their head and minces their body, they will still be able to come back to life with a single droplet of blood.
Dimension Shatterer Realm:
This is the fourth and final layer of Ancient Sage 4-dans. It's said that a person who has reached the final realm will be able to shatter the void, similar to how an envoy of the immortals tears through space to descend to the mortal world. As such, the final realm is known as 'Dimension Shatterer' or 'Immortal's Envoy'.
IMMORTAL 3-DANS:
The realm above Ancient Sage after achieving this level, one's lifespan is increased to 500 years.
Like the saint realm and the realms prior to it, in this realm, each dan is divided into 4 stages: Lesser Stage, Greater Stage, Earthly Stage and Heavenly.
Pseudo Immortal Realm:
Pseudo Immortals are invulnerable to flames, and their souls are as pure as true gold. With their thoughts, they are able to make things happen.
True Immortal Realm:
The second layer of Immortal are considered as real experts
High Immortal Realm:
Those who manage to take a step further from there and transcend to greater heights are known as High Immortals. They are also termed as the King of Immortals.
The soul, physical body, and zhenqi must be in perfect harmony in order to successfully reach High Immortal realm!
Beyond 3-dans
The Semi Divinity realm can be considered a transitional realm between the Immortal realm and God realm, akin to the Half-Saint realm and Nascent Saint realm.

GOD 4-DANS:
This is the realm above Immortal realm. Each realm is divided into three stages low, middle and high each stage is further divided into primary, intermediate, advanced and pinnacle stages.
Shenling Realm:
This is the first layer of God 4-dans. It is necessary to absorb divine energy before breaking through to this realm. One is capable of ascending to God's World after reaching this level.
Tianshen Realm:
This is the second layer of God 4-dans.
Shenwang Realm:
This is the third layer of God 4-dans. One becomes able to fly in the Firmament after reaching this level.

Conferred God King - Requires the approval of an God Monarch or the Heavens itself.
Each stage is further divided into primary, intermediate, advanced and pinnacle sub-stages.
Dijun Realm:
The God Monarch realm is the 4th layer in the God 4-dans.God Monarchs are assumed to have limitless lifespan.
Beyond God Monarch:
Great Sovereign surpassing and breaking the limitations of a god monarch
