章 58: Going Back Home (Timeskip)
[3 Years Later.]

"My god, is my bounty that high?"
I mumbled to myself. I was currently sitting atop of the mountains worth of dead bodies of high ranking rogue ninjas from all across the Fire Nation. Along with bounty hunters, bandits, and the like
It has been 3 years since I've left Konoha to train and go on an adventure along side Jiraiya. Very interesting stuff has happened throughout those years
"Geez, I never would have never expected this at all"
Jiraiya then appeared before my legions of killings with a creeped out feeling seeing me tower over him like a God
In the past 3 years, we've travelled through various villages. Discovering new problems, and learning a lot as well
My training didn't go unnoticed too. As I kept training vigorously everyday, no breaks whatsoever
In those 3 years, I was able to finally come in contact with Mount Myoboku. Meeting all of the toads that appeared in the show
And in an absolutely crushing feeling, I managed to master the toads Sage Mode in just a week. Fukasaku and the others didn't believed it at first, but they ultimately chose to give up and accept the fact that I mastered this technique in a literal week. In their eyes, their sacred technique that few have mastered, was treated as a joke by me
I also mastered every jutsus that the toads use. Making me proficiently perfect in their arts, and as well as being able to train along side every battle toad available. Ranging from Gamakichi, to Gamabunta
I also got to meet Gamamaru, who called me "The Child that defies Prophecy" in person. He didn't told anyone but me about that prophecy, which was a bit weird. My guess is that the prophecy changed yet again, and this time, Gamamaru kept this only to himself
I've also expanded my arsenal. Ranging from learning and mastering an abundance amount of jutsus, genjutsus, taijutsus, fuinjutsus, senjutsus, you name it. 3 years worth of training and knowledge that I've accumulated has been very fruitful
I've also mastered the Flying Thunder God for some time now. As I'm now as proficient, or more better, than both Minato and Tobirama combined
"Hey, it's not my fault! They're the ones who had it coming"
I said. And the reason behind my bounty and why so many are trying to hunt me down, is because of what I did a few years ago
I unknowingly stumbled upon a secret deal between two dealers that were apart of the black market of this world. I thought it was just a bunch of thugs and bandits, so I killed them all. Ending their deal into a bloodshed. Massacring everyone present that day
The event was soon spread throughout the market and some parts of the nation, as it was soon called "The Hidden Market Purge"
And the rest is pretty much history at this point. As I jumped down from the pile of dead bodies, and landing right in front of Jiraiya with a smile
In just a few years, my appearance changed significantly. I've become more handsome than I already was before. My refined and defined physique that had 3 years worth of experience and training complimented me well
I've also grown taller, around 6'0 to be exact. Almost rivaling Jiraiya's 6'3 frame. I'm confident that I'll surpass it in no time, but for now, he was the taller one between us by 3 inches
Atleast I'm confident that I'm the bigger one down under
"Well, these bodies aren't cleaning themselves you know"
"Alright alright, I'll take care of it"
I turned around and faced the countless bodies with a calm gaze
"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet"
With no seals, I released huge bullets of pure flame. Each resembled a dragon as countless bullets upon bullets rained upon the bodies
This jutsus power is very strong and dense. As it is able to extinguish anyone that gets hit by it directly. Making it a great way to get rid of huge amounts of deceased corpses
And after some time, the flames slowly died down, as there was nothing but a pile of ash left by the jutsu. The wind blew the ash away, leaving no trace of my actions present in the area
'Such a strong jutsu... Damn'
Jiraiya thought with a hint of proudness, and scaredness. Scaredness, because of how scarily strong my jutsu arsenal was
"Well, that's one way of dealing things"
"Heh, never gets old. Anyway, what's up? You said you have some news"
I turned to face Jiraiya again, curious to the perverted sage's news that he said to me earlier
Jiraiya then refocused his gaze. Looking at me with a solid and happy expression. His hands rested on his hips, as he started to grin widely
"I think it's time"
That words coming out of his mouth, was the words I was waiting to hear since the day I left. I smirked at Jiraiya, my expression immediately turned into a happy one
"Finally! We're gonna go back to the village old man?"
"Yup, I think our journey has concluded, for now. It's best to go back, you've grown very much over the past 3 years Naruto"
Jiraiya looked at me with a proud smile. Feeling like the most proudest he has ever been with himself when he had a disciple. Not even he was this enthusiastic with Minato when he was taking care of him
"Though I haven't briefly notified Tsunade about our-
"Don't worry, I'll take care of it"
I bit my finger, as trickles of blood slowly poured out
"Ninja Art: Summoning Technique"
I mumbled, slamming my hand that had my blood, onto the ground
*Poof*
Then, Gamakichi appeared. Compared to 3 years ago, Gamakichi has grown quite a bit as well
"Ah, Naruto, Jiraiya. What's up?"
"Gamakichi, I need you to inform Tsunade that we're coming back to the village early morning"
"Wait what? Is this the day you're going to go back?"
"Yup, it's been too long. I need to see my friends again... And, a certain someone too"
"Well, do not worry! I'll make sure to notify the Fifth Hokage about your arrival!"
"Great! Here, as usual"
*Poof*
I then summoned a shadow clone, as it turned into a bird. Gamakichi immediately jumped on the back of the shadow clone bird of mine, and flew away into the distance towards Konoha
"You're really excited to come back huh... I wonder why~"
Jiraiya looked at me with a teasing tone. Knowing exactly why I was this excited about going back. This damn perverted sage
"Don't tell me you're also not excited like me. I can tell you miss Tsunade"
"Yeah well... Alright you got me"
"Aha!"
"Shut it! Now, I'll just go to the nearest town and do some remaining stuff"
"Okay, I'll stay here for now. Might train some more"
"Alright, suit yourself... I wonder if they have ramen ther-
"Buy me ramen too while you're at it"
I said, throwing enough Ryo at him to buy me a special order of their exclusive ramen. Might as well eat one last ramen before going back to the village
Jiraiya then left with a pouting look of defeat, as he carried the Ryo that I gave him. I smirked with victory, as I decided to cross-legged onto an open field, and started to meditate
Moments later, I gently opened my eyes, as it started to change drastically. The 3 signature tomoe of the sharingan spinned crazily at fast speeds, slowly turning into an interesting symbol
"... Eternal Mangekyo Byakusharingan"
The center of my eye contains a dark pupil surrounded by four overlapping black diamond-shaped blades, each forming a perfect cross
The edges of these blades are outlined in a deep crimson that glows with a fiery intensity, as if burning from within. Between the blades, there are swirling patterns of red that resemble flames, spiraling towards the pupil but never touching it
The outer ring of the sharingan is encircled by faint, sharp lines that look like the teeth of a gear, giving it a mechanical, relentless feel, as though it's always in motion and unstoppable. The overall vibe is both elegant and menacing, embodying controlled power.

[In Konoha.]
"Ah! These damn papers! Shizune, are you sure I can't just let somebody else do this? Papers, papers, and papers is all I've been seeing for the past few days! It's getting out of hand!"
Tsunade loudly complained, slamming her hand on the table, as she almost blew off all of the paper on her table. She hasn't even finished a third of them yet
Shizune on the side, sweated nervously at her master's complaint
"Tsunade-sama, you know that is not allowed. Besides, you've finished some sets of paper a few times over the years right? I'm sure that this will become second nature to you"
Shizune tried to calm Tsunade down, gently fixing the misaligned paper that was in the many stacked piles of paperwork
"Screw this, I'm gonna go drink some Sake!"
*Knock* *Knock*
Suddenly, a knock was heard. Both Tsunade and Shizune stopped to look at the door in front of them
"Who is it now? Shizune, see who it is"
Shizune nodded, and quickly made her way to the door
Opening it gently, they were surprised to see Gamakichi who was the one outside
"Lord Fifth!"
"Oh, it's the toad"
"I've come with news"
Gamakichi hopped inside of the room, as he made his way just in front of the table where Tsunade was sitting. Shizune made her way back next to her, also looking at Gamakichi with a curious expression
"What is it now?"
Tsunade sighed out. She has seen Gamakichi a couple of times now. Randomly barging in the office, and delivering letters from Naruto and Jiraiya. Either asking for a request that already makes things even harder for Tsunade's responsibility as the Hokage
"What do does two bastards want now?"
"They wanted me to let you know... That they will be finally coming back here in Konoha tomorrow, around early morning"
*Gasp*
Once those words came out of the toads mouth. Tsunade's eyes widened
"I... They're... Shizune, how many years has it been since they left?!?!"
Tsunade hurriedly asked Shizune, as Shizune was also in a surprised state
"Oh um! Let me go check real quick!"
Shizune broke out of her surprised state, and started to go over the records that she personally kept updating from time to time. Though it contained only one thing, which was updates from Naruto and Jiraiya's adventures. Every request, letter, message, etc, were all recorded in the book that Shizune was looking through. And of course, she labelled them with the dates to every event or situation that took place
"It... It's been 3 years since the day they left the village"
Shizune muttered out to Tsunade
"3 years... I can't believe it! They're coming back!"
Tsunade immediately stood up from her chair, slamming the table hard. The force of her slam was enough to make the piles of paper fall to the floor. But Tsunade didn't give a shit
"Shizune, bring me some Sake right the hell now! And call all of them here too!"
Shizune reacted quickly. Nodding her head obediently, and leaving the office
Gamakichi, who watched the scene in front of him, was a little surprised at the scene that just unfolded
'Wow... They're really excited to see the both of them'
"You, toad, what else did they say to you?"
"Oh, well uh... Nothing else, actually. Only the news that they will be back early morning, tomorrow"
"Hmm... Well, in that case. Thank you for informing me. You're free to leave"
"No problem Lord Fifth! Bye bye!"
*Poof*
A poof of smoke surrounded Gamakichi, as he disappeared. Going back to Mount Myoboku and continuing what he was doing earlier before he was called by Naruto
'I can't believe it... It's been 3 years already? I forgot that they said they will be back till 3 years from then... Heh, you two bastards'.
