Ning realized the trouble he had put himself into and understood that the only way out was the truth.

"I can explain this part too," Ning said quickly before the Major General decided to do something else.

"What explanation? Are you trying to justify that you worked on creating Dust and selling it to others?" the Major General asked with an angry look on his face.

Ning paused for a second. "May I ask what you mean by creating Dust?" he asked.

"What is there to explain?" the man asked. "You worked together with the suppliers to make Dust to sell to the two."

"So I could get them to work with me so I could meet the suppliers I already work with?" Ning asked.

"Yes, to meet the…" the Major General paused quickly trying to make sense of what he had just said. Ning had worked with the suppliers so he could meet the suppliers. That didn't make any sense at all. Where had he gone wrong?
