He quickly looked away and picked Ailun in his arms. He grinned. "Let's grab some more shrimps for you."

He beamed and nodded hard. "Shrimps!"

Everybody gathered at a big table which was large enough for the group to accommodate. Somehow, Jin ended up sitting beside Alix and on the other side, he saw Shui and Yuze taking their seats together.

Chyou was the one to get things started. "Cheers everybody!"

Everybody was at a little edge with Jin and Shui's presence and more importantly of what Jin thought about Shui and Yuze.

Ai and Nuo exchanged worried glances.

Yuze raised his brow and remarked. "It must always be so much fun to enjoy it with you all. I have many friends too but this group is humongous."

Mui added. "True. I thought the Summit will be very boring but it's fun being here with you all."

I am sorry for not updating these past few days, but I am taking things slow now. I have been feeling really mentally drained out and tired and demotivated to write. It feels like I am not going anywhere, especially with my other novel TDDSL's abysmal performance and low readership. I feel hopeless and so many times, I feel like putting it on hiatus honestly. But I am not the type to abandon my book. I will write and finish TDDSL, but it's a long, long road ahead and thinking of it makes me feel simply too tired to face my novels and write chapters.

I request my dearest readers to please bear with me with the updates schedule. Reborn will end after Jin and Shui's story so it's coming close and I do want to give you regular updates, but at times it's simply impossible for me to type even a single word. I just don't get the energy.

I also feel bad for the readers who have bought privilege and spent their precious coins on Reborn but not getting regular updates. This was why I drastically lowered my priv prices months ago so I would get some flexibility with my updates. But it's getting even harder now, so please do not buy my privilege tiers anymore. I don't want to waste my reader's money. Instead, please spend those coins on other good webnovels you love and support other authors.
