概要

So far it's a good read. The MC doesn't let himself be trampled on from the beginning and you can see that he's willing to do whatever he has to do to achieve his goal.
I'm going to give it 5 stars right away because this novel is incredible for at least 140 chapters, it's a lot but it's still incredible and you won't believe it The Chinese managed to make a novel with good comedy, this is unprecedented for the Chinese, it just gets a bit boring later on.Due to the manga not being released much, the author put in a fanfic about gods making the worlds fight, nothing confirmed but it was due to lack of continuity of the manga and light novel.
hmm, it started off well, However, around chapter 4 and 5 the quality dropped a lot, since for some reason the characters thought the MC was a martial artist, as an explanation for the protagonist's strength and speed outside human standards, even though one of them came from a world with Espers. in addition to the crude dialogues that are always present in these books written by Chinese authors.
Not much to say. Writing could do a major improvement as it's quite stale and monotonous. The story is basically what happened in the original and while author tries to change things, we basically go back to the same plot point in the story. Now I can't say much since I only went up to like chapter 20 but nevertheless. Characters are quite 1 dimensional, Jason is basically mary Sue and if someone doesn't treat him as that he will try to beat them up while facing no consequences of his actions. Other characters might as well be background commentary or when Mc needs to prove his worth for some odd reason. From what I can see the update is pretty good. World Background I can only give an average as nothings happened except the whole naofumi is no longer the shield which should've made a lot of " outside ppl" question as they'd basically had chosen Naofumi as the shield since childhood but I can chalk it up to shit happens so that's alr. One thing you need start doing is that the system options and Jason's thought process in which one who pick should be changed as atm it's too obvious and cliche and at times stupid

For now, I will leave the review at 5 stars, but this is only so the author can answer this question: the new Shield hero with system of Garps template - if the shiel hero has almost 0 attack power, what is the point of having Garp as a template?
It's decent story but sometimes mc was too shameless akin to cultivation Protagonists
until now it's a good read, but it can become just a novel of face slaping or without a real mission or objective in the future so until 40 or 60 maybe, i Will change the rewie ☝️🧐

Awesome, this story is so much fun. Every chapter gets a genuine chuckle out of me, the MC attitude is so damn funny. Keep it up author, can’t wait to see who gets their face slapped next
Good fic, interesting premise, and a solid main character. His system is more than just a garp template. It's refreshing to see a Shield Hero story with a fully unforgiving and somewhat ruthless main character.
well i love this fanfic novel it's truly good i had just started reading 2days ago and just love it. i love that mc is not who just stands everything that happens to him and the system ramdomly giving choices plus the character bulding except mc almost all persanality of other character is just same has original
Pros: It didn't have the frustrating beginning where MC was treated like a doormat. Cons: The fighting style is too monotonous. The novelty of the OG is how Mifune use different strategy to use his shields' different forms. Here the shield existence is basically to nerf Jason's punches. 2-3-4-3-3 Writing has lots of room for improvement. Story is mostly rehash, but with different SCs with a Xianxia'esque personality. I like the MC Sigma attitude in life. Updates aren't everyday, and it's a pet peeve for me when there are only few chapters posted yet 50+ ch available on P.atreon.

Dude, this is an incredible fan fiction, there are almost no spelling mistakes and if there were, I didn't notice them. As for MC, the part where he takes the place of the shield hero at first caused me to be reluctant to read a little, but it's obvious that this decision of mine was bad. I really wish there were more chapters. I really liked it, if it continues like this, it would be great. Please don't drop this story, writer.
This story is really good! The main character (MC) surpasses the original, showcasing impressive growth. The system in place is equally impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the story so far, and the MC is not a stupid beta character. The author's twist on the original tale is refreshing. Overall this is a good shit and highly recommend.
