Lu Wei yawned as he rose from his bed. A bright smile appeared on his face when he realized what day it was.

His smile did not dampen. He was in a superb mood, and it was evident with him humming a melody.

"I wonder what Gu Shishi's reaction will be once she sees me, would she recognize me just as I did for her? I hope she finds my gift pleasant," he muttered to himself as he picked up a gift box.

"I do hope she remembers me," he smiled before he walked into the bathroom.

He quickly freshened up, and after he was done, he looked into the mirror.

Lu Wei smiled, seeing his reflection looking back at him. He let out a sigh of relief as he picked up the gift.

Lu Wei looked at the time, and he sighed. There was still time left, and he was at a loss of what he could do.

All of a sudden, he got a call from his mother.
