While they were waiting, Prince, the pup, not the man, suddenly began to bark.

The pup was barking towards the mages, who was secretly trying to approach them around the corner.

So with hesitation, she held the princess hand tightly and said

"Let's go over there."

But because the puppy won't stop barking and it began to attract attention from the others then finally the priest suddenly yelled

"Stop them immediately! How dare they bring that mutt in our holy quarters!"

While the mages came at them from the left, the priest's men approached them from the right, leaving the girls stuck in the middle of the stage, standing in fright.
