This Eden is a 19 years old man. In this universe, there used to be magic but over the years it disappeared. As it faded away potions, elixirs and talismans became part of everyday life and people depended on them heavily. Those potions were made by alchemists but they were a rarity since it was an extremely hard craft to cultivate. Eden's grandfather Zhen Ning was a gifted alchemist and taught him everything he knew. He had been living with him since he was seven years old when his parents died in a car crash. Zhen Ning and his childhood friend Wang Chan both built a company related to potions.
