It is not the worst but I can feel it is going to be a very frustrating book and one of those that gonna be a 2000+ chapter to end. the story development is slow. characters are pathetic- FL tang yu: confusing, one day she stands for herself the next day she is at the mercy of other. Using the excuse of protecting her children, I am stillconfused how she is doing that. ML Ye Sihan: A psycho, even if it is a reunion at the end, don't know why someone will get back with their rapist and tourmentor. Also, this guy is complete narcissic who just enjoy inflicting terror, no ounce of kindness to him.
3 August, 2024 REVIEW UNTIL CHAPTER 41: RAWS NEEDED Translation errors are present but not glaringly so. The FL, TANG YU, is annoying… a bit pathetic too. Indecisive since she already decided to leave the country with her children, she didn’t do it the first chance she got. But waited until the terrible ML, Ye Sihan told her to escape only to be caught by him. She was imprisoned and starved. She was controlled by her fear of him yet she did not escape when she had the chance. Understandably, she wanted to spend time with her newly met mom after her mom divorced her dad. Clearing up things between them. But she kept delaying her escape for this.😤 The ML, YE SIHAN, is one sick person. He has mental problems. He abused TANG YU when he found out about her relationship with his father’s second wife who is her mother. He just Believed what others say about her mom and took his anger out on her.
