Everyone randomly chooses a chit from a bowl to decide on the first person to name his recommendation.

Mr. Pant: "Everyone should know that teacher is a profession that covers every discipline."
Mr. Pant: "If the first world is won by the teachers, then it will mean that the teaching efficiency of them will improve significantly"
Mr. Pant: "I agree that there are other professions that might need to improve more urgently, but I want to tell everyone that according to my guess there is a high chance that everyone can enter the world of teachers."
Mr. Pant: "This is because all of us have, at least once in our life tried to educate someone, maybe academically for our kids, maybe financially for our relatives or even something like teaching them how to gain spiritual peace."

Mr. Pant: "A small point to add, this will also allow us to better teach our kids on how to study and how to live life. Maybe it will allow us to worry less about our kids going the wrong path in the future."
Listening to Mr. Pants campaigning everyone was moved.
