章 1: Chapter 1

'Huh?'

"What the hell is going on?" I muttered as my eyes feasted on the familiar scene. I was definitely sure that I was in my room a second ago before I closed my eyes.

The previous silence of my solitary room was now filled with thousands of sounds that matched my new surroundings. I was no longer behind a screen, no, I was standing in what seemed like an opening in the middle of a town amongst hundreds of noisy people.

Before us was a scaffolded tower where a very familiar straw hat-wearing boy was restrained by an execution lunette around his neck and hands, around the tower were about a dozen figures hidden in light brown cloaks.

The place was so noisy that no one heard my confused question and it almost made me miss my new strange voice. In fact, I was so confused that I missed the light blue strands of hair covering half of my right eye.

I quickly raised my hands in front of my face and to my surprise, my former light cocoa-toned hands were gone. In their place pale, almost white skin could be seen on the fingers of my fingerless black gloves.

Looking down at my torso made my brain freeze in pure confusion and shock, but this seemed to be the required kick as in my moment of weakness, eighteen years of memories were shoved down my imaginary brain hole and it all clicked.

As much as I didn't want to believe in the extraordinary, I now had no choice.

Even with how absurd the situation was, my now genius mind with the help of my meta memories instantly made a working hypothesis.

'It seems I've been reincarnated' I thought.

And that was my last moment of clarity as all of the trauma and mental illnesses of my new body swiftly came knocking.

My vision changed from annoying townsmen gossiping loudly to constantly flashing purple, blue, and red with the faces of the townsmen overlapped by sketch-like drawings of the faces of Jinx's dead friends which were constantly flashing. The flashing faces would always greet me whenever I looked to the side.

Disembodied voices in my head started to chant in an ever-increasing voice. I felt like the world was slowly closing in on me, desperately trying to devour me as the faces flashed faster and voices now turned into screams.

I slammed my eyelids shut and clutched my head, desperately wishing for all of it to go away. Luckily, the panic attack suddenly disappeared but instead of the peaceful silence, I wanted I was met with the sounds of people screaming and bumping into me in a frenzy as ran away from the direction of the tower.

"It's the Buggy pirates!!!" "Ahhhhh!" "Someone save us!!!" They shouted and that was it. In a few seconds as Jinx, I had already lost against her mental baggage.

"Shut the hell UP!" I exploded as my body moved instinctively to swiftly unbuckle the slightly heavy piece of metal on my hip to aim for the closest moving thing around me and I immediately pressed the trigger without a single ounce of hesitation. I was fully aware that I was aiming at humans, and I could have stopped my body from pressing the trigger but I didn't care. They were annoying so I wanted them gone and my trusty pow-pow got the job done swiftly.

*Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!**Bang!* {times a few dozen times...}

After a few dozen seconds of firing, I let go of the trigger and a very welcomed silence ensued that was slightly interrupted by the sounds of shells hitting the ground around me. I finally opened my eyes and was greeted by a very gory scene of dozens of bodies scattered around and even some of Buggy's men were also down.

Buggy, Alvida, and the rest of the pirates looked at me with a tinge of fear and caution. Luffy, still restrained on the platform was looking at me as if I'd killed a crewmate of his. To them, I was just another homicidal scum not that they were wrong.

The silent stalemate stretched for a few more seconds before I decided to end it with the first thing that came to mind.

"You think I'm crazy? You should see my sister," I said as a smirk appeared on my face as I was anticipating their reactions. I loved how all the attention was solely focused on me.

Before I could enjoy the reactions of the pirates before me, I felt small vibrations from the footsteps of tens of men as the town square was instantly surrounded by dozens of armed Marines all pointing their weapons at me, glaring at me as if I murdered their daughters. With the amount of dead people around me, maybe I did kill some of their daughters.

A thick cloud of white smoke formed in front of me and Smoker walked out of it with smoke literary fuming out of his ears as he angrily gave me the death stare.

"For the manslaughter of the innocent people of this town, I, Captain Smoker sentence you to death." He said in a calm voice that wasn't matched by his expression and his small army of marines immediately unleashed their guns at me.

I felt a grin spread on my face as I swayed around at speeds impossible for normal people dodging the bullets whilst putting back pow-pow on my waist. My now shimmer-enhanced body wasn't even slightly strained as I was moving at these speeds. I was sure the Marines could only see a blur, as I pulled out two chompers from my waist belt, quickly removed the pins, and threw them amongst the Marines.

*BANG!* *BANG!*

I pulled out Zapper, my pistol from my belt as the explosions caused confusion and panic amongst the marines but before I could use it, I had to jump back as clouds of smoke immediately surrounded the place I was a second ago. Before Smoker could pull back his smoke, I fired two bullets at his skull which he didn't bother dodging as they flew through his head.

"Annoying Logia's." I muttered.

Smoker and I were facing each other, a couple of meters apart ready to battle. His soldiers had stopped their fire after seeing their captain joining the fight.

I admit that I was at a disadvantage without armament haki since I couldn't hurt him.

'I could always use the other marines as leverage to escape if things go bad.' I thought while a bright light flashed from the sky followed by yet another explosion.

*Bang*

All the fighting had made us oblivious to the increasingly darkening sky, but the lightning that followed brought us back to reality.

The tower where Luffy was restrained was struck and engulfed in flames as it slowly fell. It immediately started raining after the tower fell putting out the fire on it, revealing an unscathed pissed-off Luffy who was marching toward me while catching his straw hat that was falling from the sky and putting it on his head.

"Blue-hair, I'm going to make you pay for killing all those people," he said as rainwater streamed down his straw hat, his face contorted in anger.
