章 37: Old man-

"Stay with me…won't you?"

"Zoura.." i was on the verge of passing out i needed to take a break but i didn't care about that.

I fell to the ground still conscious but barely, I gasped for breath constantly but it was never enough. My vision was still blurry as cold sweat dripped down my face and my heart pulsated.

In that moment Hours felt like a few seconds, time passed by as quick as it came.

My eyes slowly shut as i layed there.

"Ayuna!" I heard someone calling my name trying to wake me up from resting but i couldn't hear whoever it was clearly it was muffled for me.

"Ayuna!..wake up!" the voice began to get clearer and clearer.

"Chloe?" i tried to speak to her but i couldn't i only could think but…

I felt a warm embrace, a feeling I've only felt once before in my lifetime in this weird world of creatures.

I opened my eyes to Chloe hugging me and Zorua right besides her checking to see if I was alright.

When I saw Zorua my chest tightened and I was almost brought to tears.

Zorua was confused as to why I was acting like this.

I was still tired from all that running and my consciousness started to drift from me once more.

"Is he going to be ok?" I heard someone's voice. Their lines echo through my head as my body remains conscious.

"He'll be just fine, he just needs to rest." There was a second voice but this one was older and his voice was rough but at the same time ..kind.

I found myself in the same domain. I met that weird creature from before it stared me down and I do the same.

My hands were trembling and my eyes couldn't look it straight in the eye but I stood my ground.

As the planets float by so does the flow of time but nothing changes..not in his domain..

"What do you want?" I finally spoke up to the beast but it didn't respond. It just kept staring at me with its glowing red eyes.

Staring into those makes me feel like I was there for centuries but at the same time only a few seconds.

The creature roared to the heavens and my body changed in many ways. One second I was an infant, the next an old man and then poof…i didn't exist.

I woke up in a cold sweat after the event.

I frantically looked around the room to see where the actual hell am i and where Zorua was.

"Ah! You're awake." I heard the voice of an old man and that is what I saw: a short old man with a cane and a wide smile.

"You need to rest a bit more, don't do such harsh movements so quickly." The man laid me back to my bed to rest but my mind is still wandering.

"Where are my friends?? Where's Chloe and Zorua?…my pokemon." I asked the old man as he walked away to step outside of the room.

"Don't worry they're outside awaiting your recovery, you're pokemon included."

His words put some ease to my mind but I still wanted to see them.

"Come on, rest a bit more, you don't want them to see you in such a state do you?"

He finally stepped out of the room leaving me alone to my thoughts before I gradually fell back to sleep.

"So Mr. Fuji? Is he going to be ok?" Chloe, concerned for my safety Zorua was equally as uneasy pacing back and forth by my door waiting on me to come through it.

"Yes yes. He just needs to rest more, that's all." Fuji explained.

"His words are still short of breath…how much did you two run at once to get here?"

Chloe looked to her feet.

"Well…you see-"
