章 18: Chapter-18 Meeting the In-Laws
A few days later, Kaizo and may walked out of the forest and arrived at the Petalburg city. Kaizo's pokemon had improved significantly over the past few days, while traveling through the woods.
Lairon, Quasi-Elite[Lv-58]
Relicanth, Quasi-Elite[Lv-56]
Frogadier, Superior[Lv-35]
Combusken, Superior[Lv-33]
It can be said that his pokemons progress is particularly obvious. Among them, except Relicanth, it was used in the early stage to prevent danger, all his new pokemon can be compared to many trainers who started traveling long before him.
In the future, Combusken with his training, coupled with the system's help, will have the qualifications to become a Champion.

Petalburg City
May felt very sad, and didn't want to go home, because returning home meant parting with Kaizo. She really didn't want to be separated from kaizo, but unfortunately she wasn't old enough to travel, so her parents wouldn't agree.
Outside the Petalburg Gym, kaizo rubbed May's head lightly.
"Okay, it's time for you to go home. When you reach the travelling age, I will take you on your journey."
"Hn"
May regained her energy and followed kaizo into the Gym.
"Dad, Mom, Max, I'm back."
"Sister, you're back. Brother Kaizo, which pokemon did you choose?"
The first one to rush out was Max. In the anime, you can start traveling at the age of 10. But in the real world, you can only go on a pokemon journey when reach the age of 15, thus max now is 10 years old already.
Max just glanced at may, then ignored his sister and focused on kaizo.
Mainly, I still care more about the starter pokemon that kaizo got.
"I choose torchic, but now, it has evolved into a Combusken."
Kaizo released Combusken.
"Great, a Combusken, has torchic evolved so fast?"
Max's eyes flashed.
"I still like Treeco though."
Still as blunt as before. Fortunately his Combusken had a better attitude, so just glared at Max, and didn't hit him.
"Oh, it's only been over a month, your torchic has already evolved into a Combusken? You really have the talent to become a great trainer."
Norman also came over, watching Kaizo's successfully evolved Combusken, who looked quite strong, with radiance in his eyes. As a well known trainer, he can naturally see that Kaizo's Combusken is stronger and more energetic than other combuskens.
The fur on its body looks amazing, along with his muscles which looks particularly developed.
What he admires the most is that, torchic successfully evolved in just over a month.
"He works very hard, along with it's good talent only made this possible." Kaizo rubbed Combusken's head, and there was a hint of joy in his heart. Combusken has grown so fast in addition to it's relatively high qualifications, it is also because of rainbow pokeblocks.
As advanced pokeblocks, celadon/rainbow pokeblocks are nutrientdense, boosting pokemon growth and slightly increasing their talent.
If you change it to some other trainer, and even then if their family conditions are not bad, it will still take atleast half a year. This is the gap between a systematic man and a common man.
There was relief in Norman's eyes. Originally he was still hostile to kaizo, because he stole his daughter. But seeing that Kaizo's training and breeding talent is so outstanding. On top of that he is still an excellent researcher, he was willing to recognize kaizo.
"By the way, sister, why do you have a pokeball on your waist?"
Max noticed that may also had a luxury ball hanging on her waist belt. Norman and caroline, who had just arrived also turned to look.
"This is given to me by brother kaizo. It's an Aron, see."
May was very proud, picked up the luxury ball, and released aron for everyone to see. She was going to show off, and let her father accept her being with kaizo, when she turns 15.
"Aron, this is quite a rare pokemon."
There was light in Norman's eyes. Aron is not only rare, wven its final form Aggron is also very powerful. He has seen the Hoenn's Champion Steven Stone's Aggron, and May's aron definitely looks pretty talented, at least according to him ot should be Elite talent.
"Kaizo, aron is very rare pokemon. Are you sure you should just give it to may like this?"
Norman couldn't help but ask. This kind of rare pokemon, even veterans will not give it up.
"It doesn't matter, I already have a lairon, and another aron is really hard to support."
Kaizo naturally wouldn't care. He like bagon, larvitar, beldum, and aron, not to mention that may is his woman.
Norman nodded in understanding. Ordinary newcomers can't really afford so many arons. It seems that he needs to help may train her aron well, and invest a lot of resources.
In the near future, this aron can definitely evolve into an Elite level Aggron, then it would be able to protect may better.
"Oh, you gave may such an expensive pokemon, it seems I can only give you may in return." Caroline sighed, with a hint of ridicule in her words. May blushed hearing her mother's words and looked down embarrassedly.
"I'm so envious, I want one too, brother kaizo, can you give me one?"
Max said with look of longing in his face.
"Max, don't talk nonsense, is aron is so easy to come across?" Norman interrupts max, kaizo had already sent such a rare pokemon. He already felt guilty, how could he let kaizo find another for his son.
"But why can may get one?"
Max felt aggrieved and envious.
"Max, because your sister will be someone else's person in the future. She will have to eork part time to pay off her debts, but tou can't do it."
Caroline laughed again.
"Mother"
May was so shy and couldn't help but giving Caroline a death stare.
"It's okay, I can give you one when I will meet a suitable one in the future."
If it is suitable and kaizo doesn't need it, it can indeed be given to max. But if it's excellent, it's impossible. He will probably keep it with himself or give it to someone he holds dear.
