A shudder left Johan at the stare Russell gave him after he pulled his shorts off. He was sprawled on the picnic carpet completely naked, with a hard-on pointing at the darkening sky. He watched in anticipation as Russell stood up, unbuckled his belt, and dropped his trousers to his ankles.

"Rus, can you please stop flaunting your ass and sit down? Someone might see you from below the hill."

"Who will?" Russell only spread his arms and spun around in slow steps. "I bought this land from your grandfather and made sure no one will come here."

"Bought?"

"Yeah. You know your old man had lots of undeveloped properties, right? This is one of them."

So they're still in his grandfather's real estate. No, Russell said he already bought it, but still!

"Even so! Just stay down, will you?"
