While many of the Mo Folks' guards and Xuan followers had been going back and forth, young master Hong had taken a step back from everything else and was absorbed in his own thoughts while standing beside Lady Ming Mei's body. Young master Hong had asked for some time alone and thus, no one wanted to disturb him, even his two followers who would always follow the young master everywhere stood away and were helping the Mo Folks' guards out.

But that message seemed to have not entirely reached one particular person who had remained silent this whole time.

Not too far away, Young master Hei had been standing beside the dented prison bars all while watching over the figure in red.

I just realized that I said 30-day challenge when it's supposed to be 31 haha, but I can't believe I've just finished it ah! Now, moving onto this month, I had been contemplating for a while but came to the conclusion that I'll give it a go for this month as well. I've looked at what time I normally upload my chapters last month and it seems the time of the upload will either be 12 pm or around 8-10 pm (GMT+7). My new uni term is starting tomorrow, but let's hope that I can get through it with this challenge as well! Thank you, everyone, for being here with me and see you tomorrow!
