This is actually really good. I like how you add in the reader's own trait points so they know when they can put themselves into the story. It helps me imagine myself better in the story. I also like that entire storyline in general. I've seen a lot of Bakugou x Reader and Izuku x Reader, but not any Shoto x Reader. It's refreshing. A nice change of pace. Your grammar is fine, there are just a few mistakes when it comes to scene description. It's not even a big deal. You just called Shoto her twice and it was involving Fuyumi so it's understandable.
