Senna got on stance, mana accumulated throughout her entire spear. Sky Piercing thrust the move that she spammed in the novel, and didn't use any other techniques staggering her growth and potential.
That's why she has to learn how to fully utilize her Martial guide later in the novel when the enemies start getting stronger.
I can't train her to use her full potential because of some vultures, they really don't know their place huh.
My devilish smile came out, Qian Xin didn't get close for nothing. She tried twisting my body since I was hugging her tight. But too bad for her. My grip is immaculate and my control is unmovable.
After she twisted her body I stretched my foot forward, and with the spin of my whole horse I threw her towards the moving spear that senna threw with her entire effort and prepared for the incoming damage.
"Wha-"
"Xin—"

Senna's swing just turned Qian Xin to particles instantly and I slumped behind the giant dead end called Hill.
I sacrificed my entire arm as my shoulder was already done for. My other arm focused more on shooting the lurkers. The sound from Senna thrusting her spear masked the sound of my gunshots.
They're dead more or less. Senna and Qian Xin didn't really make a situation where I was actually helpless, I was pretending to be one.
After all I needed Senna to be confident, I can't have her shaking while fighting. And she's done a good job right now.
Also those lurkers are the actual problem, like vultures, ready to take what's left. If I actually shot Senna along with them, the bullet would disintegrate because my position isn't really favorable, it would get caught with the spear thrust rendering my effort useless.
I rather kill those hiding first, since they're on a vulnerable angle.
"Xin..."
Senna looked sad that she hit Qian Xin building with a cold sweat in her forehead like it's a reserve, but that doesn't matter, Qian Xin will still be ranked one for a long time.
After all this is the very first VR in our entire month, it won't really grade us. but for now I just have to prepare for the trouble until later.
"Hah… "I sighed
My body is tired, this is how far I could go. At least I learned my actual limit.
Senna's potential is this high. Qian Xin took the whole blow but the remaining force launched me behind the rocky surface under the hill.
Even completely making a crater under it.

The next day was a different day, I didn't feel any different after all the VR was just VR, the injuries didn't apply to real life.

Qian Xin's mood was bad, she wanted to take the win for herself. When I mean win, win against me.
"Let me guess, if we had potions and our own custom weapons, you'll win?"

But most importantly. It's a way to remove moles, ones who hide their power from the academy.

I sighed inwardly.
And what do you know, I was right. When we were about to train I was called in the faculty.

The surroundings became cold. The teacher's tone became cold, everything about him became chilly.

I looked at the teacher's eyes, I'm more anxious that my rank would be ranked up, my attitude is already weird. Normally I would be happy. But I'm being arrogant here.

I sighed inwardly, they're only going to check my status anyways, Martial guides, Skills and Bloodlines are completely different matters so I'll be safe with those.
As the teacher led me into a room, it was a very spacious room with only equipment occupying it.

This would be the better, after all despite talent, they also look for attitude. I can't be kept in a guild if my attitude keeps the clients away.

After all that I went back to the dorms, I wanted to rest after all of that.

I saw them post my actual status rank in the boards and what my Academy ranking is.
Oh I need to change my number— no wait, I'll just have to learn how to be a jackass.
If I have to stand out, I have to stand out the way nobody wants. I still have things to do.
Even if I became an unwanted asset, I still have my potion making as an extra source of income.

A question arises in my mind, I checked the novel I have saved in OS apparently, no. The 3rd Dimensional rift would happen roughly a few years after the 2nd. After all mana has completely assimilated with Earth.

I checked the date and it's 2513. The second dimensional rift happened in 2504, basically when I was still 3-4 years old.
And the 3rd dimensional rift happens in 2522. And it continued afterwards till 2527.
I sighed inwardly. My life was never made to have peace in the first place.
Why does even the Zenite race have the audacity to find more planets when it already has a lot under its rule.
Breaking me from my own thoughts my phone rang, quickly looking at the caller it was Anna.
I answered her call.

–uh hey boss, the first warehouse is filled with what you need. Equipment and all.
"Do you need something else?"
–No uh… what do we do with the leftover budget?
"there are? Well… use the formula i've given you, for now make the prototypes. I have some investors in my mind after all"
I made some friends during my time in the academy, and when I mean friends I mean in the span of 2 weeks.
Yeah, school life just started and I'm already busy. So much for a 12 year old.
After my grind I'd be relaxing anyways.
