It's a fanfic thats based around a marine that's around Rocks D Xebec Timeline which makes it pretty good since there isn't many of them, it is an mtl but it has been translated good but same format as mtl. The protagonist isn't too powerful in beginning so all in all a decent or good story.

He awakened Observation Haki just after he was born, and his cultivation talent can only be described as monstrous! Any physical skill, as long as he has seen it, he can learn it. However, as the strongest Admiral in Marine, he has no interest in punishing evil and promoting good, eliminating the strong and helping the weak, and implementing justice. Can you please change the name from blue ocean club to blue ocean society, it just sounds WAAAAY cooler
Do not bother with this story. it's basically unreadable. The grammar is horrible. The names and ranks of characters change so often, and some names are just straight up wrong. The story seemed a bit interesting, but that's it. Dropped
Terrible writing quality after chapter 46 highly recommend fixing the chapters after. The story is pretty solid so it’s a shame that happened
