so not really a review nut more of an idea for a Harry Potter ff so a person is reincarnated as Seamus Finigan with a system at the beginning all magic (spells through potions and anything in-between inside or out) has a chance in exploding unintentionally the higher the level the lower the unintentionally part but the higher the exploding power so like a stunner that also explodes a little bit then later a stinging hex that he could make an explanation bigger then a bombard maxima lol
