章 33: Invitation

I woke up in the middle of the night, feeling an arm wrapped around my shoulder. I blinked a few times until my vision was clear. My cheeks rose, seeing a man sleeping peacefully. But are you crazy, Flora? Don't smile when there is a man sleeping on your bed. 

I don't remember much from earlier, but all I know is that he forced me to sleep beside him. To think I ended up sleeping comfortably in his arms. I didn't think I would feel this comfortable. Now I think about it. I'm starting to feel drowsy. 

Well, I'll let this go for now. 

Once morning came, I woke up to an empty bed. Kaeden was nowhere to be seen. He must have left early this morning. I guess he had no choice but to leave since he had unfinished work.
