Dominique sat on the driver's side and touched the wheel. The car was beautiful inside and out. She had looked at the price of one once. After seeing it, she knew she would never have a car like this. The Pontiac Firebird trans am in 1969 was rare to find, especially in such great condition.

"Would you like to take it for a test drive, Dominique?" Nathaniel asked.

He couldn't help but smile when she looked at him. Her eyes were huge as she contemplated what he had just asked her. Who knew she was so into cars? She had never mentioned this particular thing about herself before. He had seen the car she was driving. It wasn't old but it wasn't anything fancy either. Just a regular car that was good on gas. So, she liked muscle cars. He had plenty that she would like if that was the case.

"Are you serious? If you are joking with me right now, I think I may kill you," Dominique said, as she tried to figure out if he actually meant it.
