章 166: Chapter 40

Michael felt like he couldn't breathe. Too much has happened tonight. His pain and anger were at war with each other and it felt like they were beating him down. He ran out of the hospital and threw the gown off. He changed into his wolf and howled. He took off on a run as he tried to clear his head. 

He'd almost lost his entire family tonight. If he hadn't been so bothered by Laura riding with them, they might all be dead. If he hadn't wanted Laura with him, she may be dead too. His first instinct was to kill whoever had done this but he knew he couldn't do that. He had to have proof it was Alpha Brooks first. If he just went in there and killed him, it would start a war.
