The name of the man was Ralph and he was a low level assassin of the Phantom organization.

The person who went to assassinate Evan yesterday has not contacted the organization even after more than twenty four hours. So they sent Ralph here to check if he can find any information about him.

As Ralph was moving and was just a few kilometres away from the hotel, he suddenly felt a chill running down his spine. Before he could understand the reason behind the sudden chill, a black elf girl with purple flaming eyes appeared before him and gave him a karate chop right at the neck.
