Nanzhi's renovated unit was soundproof but the other units on the same floor weren't.

"Mom, there are uncles going to the room, next to the haunted house. Should I tell them that there are ghosts nearby?"

The boy's mother looked over and saw that was the case. It seems there was a new tenant.

The past tenant of the unit 2104 was widow and recently moved out of her unit and returned to her hometown to help her daughter raised children just last month. 

In terms of the ghosts her son said, although she didn't see it before, the owner of the unit 2103, Mr. Min had vacated his home also a year ago.
