Upon entering the office, Tsunade found Naruto sitting in her Hokage chair.

Tsunade, skeptical, furrowed her brow, but allowed Naruto the benefit of the doubt.
Naruto then stood up, vacating Tsunade's place.
Tsunade moved to the chair behind the desk, sitting down and beginning to read the material Naruto had left.
The more she read, the greater the expression of astonishment that was stamped on her face.
