章 16: Ch 16 : Third Hokage's plan

" You know, Tenma, in this village, We share a home, we share a life, and though we may not share ties of blood, they are precious to me. They are my family."

It has been almost one hour since Tenma arrived here. And all during that time, what Tenma did was listen to the speech about Will of Fire from the Third Hokage.

But it's not like Tenma could just daze and secretly sing his national anthem on his mind because sometimes, the Third Hokage would stop, and a pop-quiz session would begin.

Still, next to Tenma was actually law, who was excitedly listening to the Third Hokage's speech.

Tsunade didn't care that Tenma heard what she said. It was just her personality.

However, even when faced with Tsunade's mocking tone, Third-Hokage did not appear to be panicked. He just stood there like a wise old man and replied calmly:

" Tsunade, don't say it like that. Everyone in Konoha is like family. Furthermore, Tenma's parents had sacrificed for Konoha. It's just my responsibility to make sure that he grew up with the best education."

Tsunade heard the Third Hokage's answers and frowned.

Nonetheless, she had known her for so long, and since he had made it like this, there was no way he would change his mind.

In the end, she could only grumble as she took Tenma away from the Third Hokage's office.

But not before leaving a last word for the Third Hokage:

" Then so be it. But make sure that you will not regret this later!"

Along with that words, Tsunade slammed the door. Leaving the Third Hokage's office.
