章 1: #1 Reborn

My name is David Mavis. I have been waiting in my studio for at least 1 hour.

All of a sudden, my door was burst open, five people with rifles entered and started shouting.

"DON'T MOVE, ONE SINGLE STEP AND YOU ARE DEAD."

I just looked at them and stayed calm this is what I was waiting for, as I was thinking a man came forward from behind them,

Blond hair, blue eyes very handsome.

"How are you, David?"

He is Kevin. I am his teacher, I taught him everything he knows, but he still thinks he outsmarted me.

"Kevin, what brings you here?"

"I am here to take your life and everything you own."

Well, he still is as childish as when I took him in, at least he came prepared.

"Do you think that just because you grow up a bit, you can hide what you were doing from me?"

I saw the shock on his face, and it pleased me very much; it was one of few things that could still please me after all these years in this position, playing with other's people's emotions.

"You already knew, from when?"

"From the first day I took you in, I already knew you would betray me, I let you do all those things waiting for this day, the day I would die because I was bored."

I am almost 85 years old I was in this position for 60 years, life started becoming boring after a while, I lost my family when I was 15, and I realized my objective

of being at the top of the food chain.

I spent my time reading and enjoying the mundane things of life., read anything I found interesting. I started reading manga because of my little brother.

I read all the manga he used to talk about, as I was thinking about the past I saw Kevin pointing a gun at me, I just looked straight into his eyes and he almost

unconsciously looked away.

"You don't even dare to look me in the eyes when you have a gun pointed at me, pathetic."

"SHUT UP I don't fear you anymore; you are just an old man that is going to die today."

"Just shoot me already I am bored of this fucking life."

Kevin, couldn't contain his anger anymore after finding out that I just played him like a baby for his entire life and just shot me without even thinking about it.

After David death The room was silent for some seconds Kevin didn't know what to do now, just as he was thinking of going to inform the others that he had killed David a bomb exploded Killing him before he even realized it, the same thing happened throughout the city, David was bored of life, but that didn't mean

he was going to die without killing at least half of his enemies.

As I opened my eyes I could see only darkness and nothing else; Fuck I can't feel my body as I looked down to see what was going on with my body there was nothing, I can't fucking see my body.

Right, I died soo this is kind of limbo. I think, fuck, I never thought there was anything after life might as well enjoy it. I don't think I am going to go out of here soon.

I think I have been here for at least a year I'm not very sure,

as I was thinking, I saw a blinding light coming from one direction, and I just rushed there even if it was dangerous it was better than staying here doing nothing, just as I touched the light I passed out.

When I woke up, I saw a ceiling and immediately tried to get up and see what was going on. Still, I felt exhausted and could move only slightly when I was able to lift my hands I saw that they were the hands of a baby, I wasn't shocked I lived in limbo for almost a year, so when I discovered that I got reincarnated, I was able to react calmly to it.
