"Any information from the ghoul yet?" Lucian asked Naomi who was busy going through some things in her lab.

"No." She simply stated, her eyes not leaving the bubbly substance before her. "There seems to be a bridge in his mind preventing him from speaking. Although he's a ghoul, he's a pretty sane one. What do you want us to do with it?"

Lucian stared at the holographic screen Naomi had placed before her for a few mins before letting out a sigh. "I just hope this is not Adrian's doing. It has been a while since he last attacked and we all know that doesn't end up well." Lucian turned to leave but he was stopped by Naomi's next words.

"You're a royal vampire. Anyone you turn should become a vampire right?" She asked him and he turned to look at her with a raised brow. "I'm not saying you should turn Seraphina for experimental purposes…"

"But you are hinting at it." Lucian cut her off and she just let out a sigh of defeat.
